Ants

Everything was great except for the ants. I wish we would have had something already in the house to deal with them. We bought a can of spray and left it, but had to buy another for the second house we rented from you…it had ants too.

Family Fun

Great stay, clean, fun, and central to Santa Rosa and area. Neighbor had a dog that barked often though at all hours of the day and night. Would stay use again.

Great Location for Wine Tasting

This was a great property for us. We did a Barrel Tasting weekend and it was close to all Winery's participating. The only complaint I have is that you cannot park a car in the garage. It rained the entire time we were there so it would have been nice to unload everything and not get soaked. Other than that this place was great, we will definitely be coming back.

Santa Rosa property

We really enjoyed staying at this home. It was spacious and extremely clean. It contained all of the amenities necessary for our stay. The location was convenient for visiting the Napa and Sonoma areas. We would highly recommend this property to others.

Suggestions

Nice place, liked the park at the end of the street but have a few suggestions: move pool table to the garage and make a seating arrangement in front of fireplace. Hooks in the bathrooms or more rods and a chair in the bedrooms if you can find a spot in the small bedrooms. All in all very nice and clean.

Best vacation home for big families

I have nothing bad to say. This home was immaculate and everyone loved it. Would absolutely rent again. My only complaint is with VRBO. I made the reservation but shortly after I could not find it. I made multiple phone calls to customer service but NO help. Had a difficult time even finding a number and then I was either one hold forever or the person would act like they couldn’t hear me. Luckily I was able to contact host and deal directly with them and they were extremely helpful and reassuring that I indeed had this home reserved. I was quite dissatisfied with VRBO and how this was not resolved with them. I’m not even sure how they contacted me about this survey as they could not see that I had the reservation. I’ve used VRBO in the past with no problems but as soon as there was a problem, it was impossible to get resolved.

Great stay central location for Sonoma county wine tasting

Nice new immaculate property. Only issue we had was the heat seemed to go up on it’s own in the middle of the night, even after we set in lower.

Clean and spacious. Great rental property.

This was a great location for us. We were working in Santa Rosa but also had time to visit some wineries. I would definitely stay here again. Pool table was used way more than I thought we would too.

Well appointed and clean.

Property was very well appointed and clean. Beds and pillows comfortable and plenty of towels. Adult guests enjoyed the pool table. Outdoor area comfortable and neighborhood family friendly.

Clean, organized, stocked with what we needed, loved the pool table and nice open floor plan.

Host was very accommodating. Already planning our next visit. The home is brand new. Great quiet backyard, fun bonus room in garage for playing games and foosball table w/huge tv!
