Welcome to Aria Place, a bright and inviting 1,700-square-foot Wine Country retreat in Santa Rosa. This thoughtfully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath home sleeps up to six guests and offers an easy blend of comfort, outdoor living and convenient access to Sonoma County wineries.

Whether you are planning a family getaway, a wine-tasting weekend or a relaxing trip with friends, you will have plenty of space to cook, gather and unwind.

THE HOME
The comfortable living room features an oversized sectional and smart TV, creating an inviting space for movies, games and conversation.

The sunlit dining area opens to the backyard, while the fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed for morning coffee, casual brunches and memorable Wine Country dinners. The kitchen includes generous counter space and bar seating for three.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs:
• Primary suite: California king bed, private ensuite bathroom, smart TV, reading chair and full-length mirror
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed and dresser
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed and dedicated workspace with desk and chair

REFUNDABLE SECURITY HOLD
A refundable $250 authorization hold is placed approximately 24 hours before arrival. This is not a charge. The hold is released within 48 hours after checkout when the home is left in good condition. Your bank may take several additional business days to reflect the release.
