The street is packed with cars and while I asked if two spots were available and told yes the garage that is attached is too small for an SUV so we struggle with parking. The other downside was there were only 7 towels for 5 people and 3 nights. I had to go to the store buy and wash new towels just so we had enough clean towels to last our visit. This is clearly to cut down on laundry for them but it was frustrating for us and it was an extra cost and time we didn’t have since we were there for a funeral service and spent little time at the house. Other than that, the house was clean, the couch and beds were comfortable and the location was perfect for where we needed to be.

The attached garage is available for an additional vehicle, although street parking can be busier during popular Wine Country weekends. When you contacted us about needing additional towels, we offered to deliver more, and we understand you chose to purchase your own. This home was in a good location for our trip. The neighborhood seemed safe. The streets are very tight since there are a lot of vehicles parked on the street, so it made it tricky to get around. The home was nice and seemed fully stocked. The bathrooms are small and the towels need updating. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

Awesome pet friendly home with nice backyard, great location. Really enjoyed our two night stay in this well appointed home while visiting surrounding areas. Cynthia responded so quickly to any of our questions. Would love to stay here again!

Wonderful vacation home!

We loved our stay in Santa Rosa. The location is perfect for wine tastings, walks, hiking, and relaxing. The home is very clean and roomy.

Lovely place

We had a great weekend at this house. It was very comfortable for the four of us with comfy beds and a huge couch downstairs. Great location as we went to several surrounding towns and wineries.

Great Girls Trip

Cynthia’s home is lovely well appointed with everything we needed, clean, comfortable and it was the perfect choice for our girls getaway. We were 100% happy with everything about our stay at Hermosillo Homes.

Great location, good size, and great setup. Close by to great restaurants and wineries. Cynthia’s hospitality was great.

Clean & comfortable. Very quiet neighborhood. Close to shopping, restaurants, and airport. Stairwell and master bath need some touch up paint. Overall ok but showed some wear & tear. Pet friendly backyard a big plus, had plenty of outdoor seating variety, but a pretty big gap at the bottom of the gate in the fence had to be blocked to keep my Cavalier King Charles from scooting under. The property has a separate upstairs duplex type tenant that was not disclosed on property details, so it didn't feel as private as a stand alone house rental. A little on the pricey side.

Wonderful home for visiting vineyards

Home was very comfortable and the host Cynthia is responsive and accommodating. Was in town for work but the property is perfect for families with kids.

Great Location for visiting Wineries

Lovely 3 bedroom house in a quiet neighborhood. Kitchen had all amenities & was perfect for breakfast before a day of wine tasting. Evenings, winding down with a newly purchased bottle of local vintage, in the back garden was serene.
