A 1930 remodeled 6 bedroom house. You and your guests will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home in the heart of Miami. Our home is an older home from the 1930’s and was beautifully restored with modern conveniences. The home is located a few minutes walk to the Miami River and of course its amazing eateries and night life spots and Minutes to the downtown Bayside area and less than 10 minutes to Miami Beach and Wynwood design district. We also have vehicles 4Rent.

Misleading listing and unresponsive host

When we arrived at the house, the hot tub was broken. I let the host know this and they ghosted me for 2 days, and were unable to fix it for us Throughout our trip, the host was unreachable and did not seem to care about our stay. The house did not have enough basic goods like trash bags and towels, so we had to go out of our way to buy extra just to be able to stay at the house Also note there is another property behind this house where other people live. We did not see/interact with the people in the house but be aware this house is not on its own private lot

Excellent home

Great home for large family just not in a great neighborhood. Our driver warned us not to walk anywhere especially at night. The house was very clean and comfortable.

Good proximity to cruise ship terminals

Decent stay for large groups. No spices or other basic amenities in the kitchen for cooking. Some challenges in responsiveness from the host during check in process but overall this property met our needs for an overnight stay on the way to the cruise terminal.

Pre 50th birthday celebration.

The house was just like picture. We were close to everything. Despite Milton going on Miami we had sunny weather during our stay 10/9-11th. Will recommend this place for a group of 10.

Cruise trip

The house was nice and fit our needs perfectly, our only issue was we flew in and had transportation set up to take us to the house and port. We were told on several occasions not to be out after night because the area wasn’t a good area. We had 12 people so it’s not easy getting around. We did walk a block to eat and had no issues just a FYI

Perfect VRBO near the Port

Beautiful home. Exceptional attention to detail. Conveniently located close to the port of Miami (5mins) and walking distance to restaurants. The house was spotless and tastefully decorated. It housed nine of us very comfortably.

With a large group, this property was perfect for us. Only recommendations would be to replace pot and pans and provide more towels to accommodate large guests.

Cruise bound

It was a great house! We only stayed one night prior to our cruise and loved it. It would have been helpful to have some literature about options and locations for places to eat as well as the free transportation the train provided! We would definitely stay in this beautiful home again if we had the opportunity!

Great place to stay before a cruise

The house was amazing. Very clean and just as listed. Not the best communication from the host before arrival to questions, but that didn't effect the stay. Only suggestion would be black out curtains in the bedrooms. Everything else was great!

Cute Miami House!

This was a perfect house for our family to fly into Miami and stay for one night prior to our cruise. Everybody had their own room, bathrooms were perfectly set up. Thank you so much! Close to downtown and amenities.

Pre cruise stay

What a fabulous and spacious property located 10 minutes from the cruise terminal. Our group of 10 was elated with the property, which is located near the Miami River, which had a great seafood restaurant called Casablanca Seafood and Grill. Would definitely stay here in the future.

Pre cruise overnight

This is the perfect location to stay if you’re cruising with Royal Caribbean. We were 10 minutes from the port. The house is spacious and accommodated 3 couples and 2 singles with plenty of room. The host was very easy to communicate with . The only thing I would suggest to host is to install room darkening shades in the bed rooms in front of the house. The street lights and lights from the property across the street bled into the rooms. we felt safe and secure. This will be our go to property when ever we cruise out of Miami

lots of nice bedrooms

Really nice accommodations for a large group. The area is so so but the house is nice. Was a little frustrated the owner/manager would not give keypass code out until it was too late to be helpful because in our case we had families arriving from 3 different states and though I planned to fly in first our flight got delayed so there was a hassle about others arriving there hours before me with no way to get in and it on me to try to get them the pass code while flying around. Not a big deal but I anticipated this possible issue and they were non compliant with giving out the code earlier which made things a bit difficult. i understand that there may have been someone else occupying the house earlier but heck we're 1500 miles away.
