Enjoy our meticulously maintained, tri-level home nestled in the southern part of the city. In minutes, arrive at some of Pittsburgh's favorite sites including museums & world-famous stadiums. This is our actual home. The kitchen is equipped with just about everything needed to prepare culinary specialties inside or grilling on the patio.
■There are three 55" smart TVs to enjoy.
■Cancellations not accepted due to inclement weather. We suggest being proactive & purchasing travel insurance.
■Garage MUST be requested when booking. If not, it could be occupied. Our driveway parks up to 4 cars depending on size.
■Home is NOT wheelchair acessable.
■CHARGEPOINT Home Flex Level 2 EV Charger providing 50 amp service (40 amps) in garage for guests. MUST request at booking...locked.
■PACK 'N PLAY CRIB/PLAYPEN, HIGH CHAIR & BABY GATES available upon request. USE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Owners not responsible for accidents or injuries.
■PROHIBITED: CHILDREN ON RETAINING WALLS OR BACK HILL. DANGEROUS!
■Side gates are locked.
■NO PETS/NO SMOKING ALLOWED! If discovered a guest smoked inside the property or damages occured, a fee will be charged for smoke odor removal, professional dry cleaning of all rugs and/or damages.
■ BOOKING GUEST MUST READ & AGREE BY TEXT TO OUR "HOUSE RULES" BEFORE ARRIVAL. BOOKING GUEST IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ACTIONS OF OTHER GUESTS.
■BY BOOKING WITH US, YOU AUTOMATICALLY AGREE TO OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS (HOUSE RULES) & EVERY PROVISION OF IT.
■Professional filming, pets, smoking, vaping, recreational drugs, firearms or conducting business not allowed.
■PATIO - Enjoy our fully fenced patio area, outside rustic kitchen area with a natural gas grill and direct gas connection from the house. Please leave grill clean & recover when cooled. Sit at the round patio table with seating for 6, cushions, cantilever umbrella, & chaise lounges. We kindly ask that you store all cushions in the bin, lower & cover the cantilever umbrella after use to keep it in great shape for everyone.
■Easy check-in w/smart locks. Instructions sent the day before arrival.
■Outside cameras on & working:
●Ring Doorbell/Camera at front door;
●Simplisafe Camera-above garage;
●Integrated camera-garage door opener & on inside back wall;
●Simplisafe Camera outside back wall monitoring pond water.
■No interior cameras.
■Please do not turn security system off. Key pad by the thermostate for owners.
■CHECK-IN: 4pm or after.
■CHECK-OUT: 11am or before.
■AT CHECK OUT PLEASE:
gather all belongings (items left will be donated), turn off lights, fans & coffee maker, check that all doors are locked & garage door closed.
■PLEASE put used linens/towels on laundry rm floor & dirty dishes in dishwasher. Do not start, cleaners will do the rest.
