Xmas break family vaca

Perfect location. Full sun all day. Well stocked and perfect space for spending time with family. Fishing off the dock was enjoyable, tons of fish and turtle watching. Friendly neighbors. Management company was quick to respond and very easy to communicate with. We’ll visit again.

Family trip

Property was absolutely fabulous for my family! Great space, very nicely decorated, SUPER clean. Just the right amount of space for the 8 of us. The house lacked nothing. Bikes, beach gear, grill. Fully stocked kitchen. We had an issue with a blocked toilet. Matt had someone there asap. No issues at all! Will use this property again, no doubt❤ Great trip.

Great Pool House

Loved the pool area the most. Spent every day outside for a few hours in the sun and then in the evening. Very peaceful and quiet area.

Excellent in every single way

Clean, well kept property on the intracoastal with a beautiful backyard and view. The property management company is always a quick call or text away with responses within an hour every time whether a minor matter (a few things needed like door handle fell off or TV remote) or more significant (needed pest control like anywhere in Florida). Any issue was handled immediately and didn’t hinder our stay. Plenty of space and good working appliances. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again

Second time staying here 😄

Another phenomenal 2 wk vacation with great weather. Plenty of room for everyone and space for some of us that had to work remotely. Loved the pool and hot tub and big kitchen for everyone to enjoy! Property Mgmnt were very friendly and periodically checked in to make sure we were happy…we we were all extremely pleased!

Christmas break in Florida

This was the perfect property for a family vacation of 3 adults and 3 kids, 9-17 years old. Loved the quiet neighborhood and the outdoor space in particular. Management could not have been more responsive and helpful when we had an Internet issue. Would go again and would highly recommend.

Thanksgiving rental

This house was good spot for our thanksgiving 10-day stay for 6 adults. Location to Atlantic Ave/beaches was great, neighborhood is beautiful, house had all the necessary cooking items etc. There were a couple things about the house that we felt should have been taken care of before we arrived. The pool had all tree branches/leaves in it( checked in a Friday- pool guy didn’t come until Monday or Tuesday), hoses all over the back patio area, none of the cable boxes worked for the entire stay (luckily was able to use YouTube TV in the living room), main bathroom fan spew black dust when turned on. For the price of this house, we expected it to be ready to go once we checked in but it unfortunately was not. The mgmt team was very responsive though and tried to help out as much as they could. All in all it was a great stay and we made it work. @mgmt - I’d say have the the place ready for future guests and maybe update the living room furniture :)

Perfect

This was a perfect place for our family while Visiting Florida. Great location, quiet upscale neighborhood. Pool is amazing. The only thing we wished had been better was the temperature and water pressure in the showers. It’s an older home so not what we are used to. Water didn’t quite get hot and was not full pressure. But overall the house layout and amenities were outstanding.

Great location & house

We stayed here for a month in March. Everything was great from the minute I booked it. Paul the property manager was great. Always checking in. The house was clean and nice. Location is perfect for biking riding , walking and also a lot of stores all nearby. The water views are beautiful. The neighbors are all very nice. I would stay here again!

Beautiful pool area and deck on water.

We loved the pool and backyard deck overlooking the water and boats. Kitchen was huge and well equipped. Bathrooms were a little dated but clean. As pictured. Very nice bedding and towels. Convenient location just off Federal Highway. Carla at Brampton was great at communicating with us. Overall a very nice place to stay.

Excellent location and comfortable house

We stayed at this property for 11 nights. Entire family enjoyed the stay. Loved the heated pool and spa with canal views. Excellent location. Management was very responsive and followed up to make sure our stay was comfortable.

Excellent property and management group

This home is gorgeous. It has everything you need to enjoy at stay in South Florida. Dealing with the management company was a pleasure and they were attentive to any need that arose. I highly recommend this property.

Great 6 day stay with our family of 5

The house is just as it looks online. Clean , has everything you need, well located — nice to see the canal out the back By the pool — beautiful neighborhood. There were a few little maintenance issues we texted Paul about the night we arrived and he was there by 8:30 the next morning to get things fixed. He and his team were really pleasant to work with; they also equip the house so there are some basic goods to get you started. And nice linens and towels throughout. Thanks for a good stay!

Beautiful property and neighborhood

This house was just as beautiful as the pictures presented. Excellent location, amenities and property manager. We were especially pleased with everything and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Would definitely rent again next year!! 🥰🥰

Spectacular Vacation

To start off I want to say I had an extremely positive experience with Brampton Park Rental and the property manager. They were extremely accommodating and professional. The property itself is well maintained, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and a great location. The pool area is well equipped, clean and private. And was also very nice to walk out the back door and be right on the water. Overall my family and I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend this property and using Brampton Park Rentals.

Location is excellent

Quiet street with no traffic. Home is more spacious inside than the pictures show. The outdoor area is a real delight - the deck is great for sitting and enjoying the intracoastal and the hot tub is an added bonus. The master suite is very large and the layout means it has views of the water which is nice to wake up to. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need. Management company was very easy to work with.
