Direct access to biking/walking trails and a state park, as well as mini golf and local restaurants all within a half mile. House is equipped with a large game room, outdoor sand lot, patios, a rooftop deck and more! Attached and detached garages. Local access to a boat marina and ramp. Over 4,000 sq ft of living area not including the 3,000 sq ft enclosed pool room & hot tub. Beautiful kitchen with quartz countertops. Bring your whole family and friends with 6 large bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms!

Owner is amazing and kind and quick to respond. House is amazing and friendly to all ages. My kids loved the game room and pool area so much. Can’t wait to rent this home again. Loved everything about this house :) . Perfections all around

The host was awesome, really helpful and easy to communicate with.The house is unbelievable. The indoor pool with jacuzzi, slides, and big screen tv makes it feel like you’re the only person at a resort. Whenever I’m in the area again I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else, it’s worth every cent.

Chad is a great host. We were 18 guests there for a 4 day weekend and everything was great. Plenty of room for everyone. The highlight is the indoor pool and spa. Would definitely recommend to others.CSN

Wonderful, well-equipped property that has something for everyone to enjoy! Plenty of room for a big family to relax and spread out. The indoor pool was a definite highlight!

The draw here is the truly amazing pool area - our family absolutely loved it and having access to bikes and kayaks is a nice plus. About a 3 mile drive to the beach the home is located along a walking path and canal. A great kid park is 3 blocks away. It does sleep 25 but really it’s best suited for 18 - four couples and 10 kids. The other 7 sleep options are bunk room style above a detached garage without a bathroom. The owner was easy to get ahold of and work with. The home is beautiful with a well stocked kitchen and a fun second floor game room. The only negative comment is that there’s a campy “do it yourself” feel to the place as if the focus is on easy clean up rather than easy on guests. For instance none of the beds are made up. Instead they have the sheets nicely rolled up on uncovered pillows. Proof they are clean but an unexpected chore after 13 hours of driving. They also don’t supply soap, shampoo, paper products, dish soap or laundry detergent so plan to purchase those once you arrive. (Things we’ve never had to purchase at other rentals.) All that said, the great space for our family time outweighed any of the surprising inconveniences. And we give this place a thumbs up

The best long weekend

We had such a wonderful stay at this house. The pool was a highlight and the large yard was perfect for games of kickball. Thank you to Chad for being a wonderful host.

Amazing!

Loved this property, especially the indoor pool! It was so nice to be able to swim inside after having a hot day at the beach. The property owner was great to deal with and we had no issues with communication. Everyone unanimously agreed they want to come back.

We had an absolutely incredible stay. The house was spacious and perfectly equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pictures don’t do the pool justice, and the pool room truly felt like having our own private resort. The temperature in the pool room was perfect, even in November! The home also has a huge kitchen and large living rooms that aren’t even fully shown in the listing photos.Chad was fantastic, super responsive, friendly, and incredibly helpful.We had an amazing trip and would love to come back again. Highly recommend!

Great vacation home!!!

This property was amazing. The indoor pool and spa were a huge hit, especially on the few days we had rain. The walk to the beach was lovely. There was plenty of space for our entire group. We're hoping to reserve this property again.

Great for families

We loved this house. Clean, exactly as described and the host responded almost immediately when we had a couple of questions. The pool is amazing along with the billiards room. Tons of options for sleeping, gathering and four bathrooms is a huge plus!!
