This property was perfect for our annual 8 man golf trip. The house and property is in great shape and located close to everything you need including restaurants, grocery stores, beer and liquor stores and beach access. The host is very friendly, easy to communicate with, responds very quickly and check-in was a breeze. I would recommend this property as a vacation rental.

We loved the location being off a main street. The house was more of a “home”… it was so nice to “feel at home” as soon as we got there!!! Super clean; plenty of space; and so many nice touches! Absolute Perfection!

I can't stress enough how wonderful our stay was! The house is awesome, with more than enough room for all of us (15 women) and everything you'd need for cooking, beaching, etc. Very clean and comfortable. It really is "steps from the beach," making it so easy to relax on the beach all day but pop back for lunch. Communicating with Brigitta was easy - she was accommodating and quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend!

Great Experience at the Big Yellow House

This property is in a great location with easy access to shops and restaurants and any easy walk to the beach. The house was terrific with ample parking and was very clean. The owner/property manager communication was excellent with very clear instructions ahead of our stay The owner was very attentive during our stay with any concerns/questions addressed immediately and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was a pleasant one. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in Fenwick Island/Ocean City Maryland.

Big Yellow House steps from Beach

Everything wonderful!! Only thing that would have been nice to know before our visit. We received the layout of floors and bedrooms on each floor the day before our entry. It would have been nice to know when looking at home. We had one family with 2 feet -1 cracked bone(healed) and bad sprained (healing). Just not sure where best floor for her to sleep on and bathroom layout to limit steps. Just would have relieved her anxiety before the day of traveling. Thank you.

Great Vacation

The big yellow house was perfect for us. Great location for a young family and a family reunion. The beach is gorgeous with lifeguards. The water was perfect as was the weather. I definitely would recommend staying here! Thank you Brigitta for being a great host.

wonderful family stay!

My family of 14 stayed at this beach house for a week in June and had a wonderful stay! We especially loved the large family rooms and the well stocked kitchen. Our favorite part was how close we were to the beach :) Brigitta was so helpful and communicative. Will def stay here again if we get the chance!

Great family vacation

Our family group has had a summer vacation together for over 30 years. We have stayed at many nice properties on the bayside so this was a special treat being Oceanside. The house was wonderful and accommodated our large group very well. Also we were next door to another group of family members. Great location and very close to everything. Highly enjoyed our stay.

The Big Yellow House was PERFECT

This house was absolutely gorgeous, immaculate and decorated beautifully!! The huge kitchen was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need! I loved that in the bedroom closets they had built in drawers and shelves!!! The location is very accessible to both great restaurants and stores in Delaware and Ocean City! The beach is only a few minutes away. The owner, Brigitta, is a very gracious hostess!! She supplied the bed linens, towels, beach chairs and some additional welcoming surprises!! Anytime I needed anything, or had a question, she answered promptly!! Believe me, you won’t be disappointed if you rent this property!!! I DEFINITELY want to go back!!!

Beach perfection

Everything about Brigitta's beach house was excellent. The location is perfect - a 3 minute walk to the beach. The house is extremely well-equipped, and it was impeccably clean. Brigitta is super responsive, and she answered all of my questions clearly and quickly. We had a wonderful stay over Memorial Day weekend, and this was largely due to her wonderful house!

Fantastic

Beautiful house very close to beach, walkable to several stores and restaurants. Easily housed our three families. Communication with owner was amazing, including an immediate reply to a question posed after 10pm. And I love the labels everywhere. :) We will definitely stay here again!

Great Time at Big Yellow House

We had a wonderful time at the Big Yellow House! It was our first trip to Fenwick Island and we were thrilled with our choice to stay at this location. Prior to arrival, the owner Brigitta was quick to respond to any questions and check in was simple. The house was very clean. It was less than a block to the beach which was great for our little ones. Lots of restaurants within walking distance and three mini-golf options right across the street. Be aware that like many newer beach properties it is built tall so several flights of steps but it was not an issue for our group including my 75 year old mother. Overall, a great stay and would definitely stay here again.
