Unique MidMod Apt in heart of Hendersonville just one block from Ecusta Trail!

This unique and updated 1950's house has everything you want in a mountain town vacation rental. Beautiful and cozy inside and out. Plenty of space for 2 -4 people or even a family of 5 who wants to use the pull out couch.

The dining room has a wall of windows (glass garage door) that looks out onto an outdoor patio area and a gorgeous landscaped lawn bursting with colorful flowers and even edible fruits like blueberries and figs.

Large and beautifully landscaped front yard with patio. Off street parking in driveway that allows space for 2 or 3 cars.

The house is a duplex style, with a small living space with long term renters below this unit. The house is set up on a corner lot in such a lovely way that allows each unit to have separate driveways and entrances on opposite sides of the house. No spaces overlap, inside or out.

Location is just one block from the Ecusta Trai, Trailside brewery, Ecusta market and cafe. Only one mile walk or bike to downtown Hendersonville. Take a short and scenic drive to Asheville & world renowned National Forests.

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is comfortable, decorated very nicely, and very clean. The yellow formica countertop in the kitchen reminds me of my childhood. The house has been updated, but still has the feeling of a 50s house. I would stay there again!

While we thought this would be located downtown (it is not), it was convenient to everything. A cool, hip house, well designed, cozy & comfortable! And…so clean! Fresh eggs, coffee!

Adorable and very clean home. The house is 3/4 mile from downtown and only about 1/2 mile to the Ecusta trail. There is a washer & dryer, which we didn't notice in the listing. Only complaint is that you can hear the downstairs tenants in the master bedroom, which disturbed our dogs a bit but they got used to it. Well stocked kitchen, bathroom, cleaning supplies, hangers, etc. We will definitely keep this on our list to stay at again!

Walking distance to the Ecusta walking/biking trail and a brewery and a cafe. Long walk but short drive to downtown Hendersonville. Very cool house, will go back there again

We had a great stop at Melissa’s place. The apartment is very well put together with a mix of authentic mid-modern touches and contemporary modern finishes. The location is great -a quiet and peaceful area just a block or so from the Eucusta Trail and a local brewery and cafe.

Loved this place! Very clean, perfect location! We rode our bikes downtown and on the Ecusta trail, and we walked to Trailside Brewery and Ecusta Market. At the house, we mostly sat in the dining area with the cool garage door up, soaking up the sun and fresh air! The chickens and fresh eggs were another great highlight!
