Beautiful newly constructed home. Home has a two car garage that you can use to park your car during your stay. No need to worry about trying to load or unload your car in the rain! Beautiful mountain view from the front porch. We take pride in ensuring the house will be the cleanest vacation rental you will find in the area. Also, enjoy sitting on the porch swings while watching horses, miniature donkeys graze in front of you :) House sits on 14 acres. House is located close to Hendersonville and Asheville. All paved roads to the house with a short driveway. Only located 3.7 miles from I-26.

This home comes with three spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms with each bedrooms having walk-in closets. Brand New Stainless Steel appliances, also new front end washer/dryer. Living room has 55-inch TV with surround sound, DVD player, also a TV is located in Master bedroom. Master bathroom has stand up shower and a large bath tub. King size bed in Master bedroom. Large kitchen wooden table that has 6 chairs. House was built with vacation rental use in mind so it will make your stay enjoyable. Not an older home converted to use as vacation rental like so many in the area.

If you are wanting a place to stay during the winter months in the mountains, this house is perfect. Easy access from the main roads to a very short driveway. No hills to worry about while getting to the house during snow.

Located 5 miles from downtown Hendersonville. 25 minutes from downtown Asheville. 25 minutes to Tryon Equestrian Center. 25 minutes to Dupont Forest. House is centrally located to enjoy all the attractions in WNC.
WNC has many attractions to offer from hiking, kayaking, waterfalls, BlueRidge Parkway, Biltmore House, Lake Lure, Chimney Rock, horseback riding and so many more.

This property was perfect for the quiet weekend away that my husband and I wanted. The located was perfect. The setting was tranquil and serene and I loved the cow watching me relax on the cow. I wish we could have had more time to watch the animals during the day but I will cherish the memories we have of them. This property is perfect and the owners should be very proud.

This was a wonderful home away from home for a few days! It was even nicer that a cool front came through and we had cooler weather! The house was as described with a lot of little touches! Seeing the animals from our front porch morning and evening was the icing on the cake! The property area was quite and a time of rest and relaxation! Cody is an excellent host! You will not be disappointed with staying here! Thanks Cody!

Beautiful Mountain Property

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The views off the porch with the horses, donkeys and steer were an added bonus. Very comfortable house and quiet neighborhood.

The house was very clean, kitchen was fully functional and the home was user-friendly. I would recommend and stay again if I'm in the area. My teens really enjoyed the horses, cow, pony and donkey!

The home is beautiful. Love the views in this quiet neighbor - especially the donkeys, horses and the cow. Our grandkids were so excited by them! Cody is outstanding and replied quickly about a faucet constantly dripping. He came out and fixed it! Thanks for an awesome week!!!!

Cozy spacious stay

The house is very cozy, despite bad weather we were very comfortable inside. It's a big space and very fun to hang around with friends or family.

It was wonderful! The animals that came to visit and the outdoor space was great for all to enjoy! House was extremely clean. Communication with owner was quick. The description online was very accurate. We would definitely visit again and recommend to others!

Girls getaway weekend

We enjoyed the house and location. The animals were a special addition, and really enjoyed the fire pit. The house had plenty of space and was very clean.
