Be our guest for a weekend's stay or a remote work week with a view that will take your breath away. The complex has a park-like setting and offers two amazing pools, walk paths and a playground for kiddos.
Minutes away from Margaritaville Resort & Red Heads.
This very modern condo was just updated with new EVERYTHING so it is very clean. The complex is also very close to all the local parks, shopping & restaurants offered at LOZ. Off Hwy KK @24mm w/ no traffic issues unlike HH!
Dock accommodations available & free trailer parking.
Holiday weekends we require 3 night minimums. Sorry no pets.

We loved the view from the balcony & windows. The screened in porch was amazing for continuous use, and we didn't have to worry about (most of) the bugs! The community pool was accommodating, close and spacious even considering the holiday weekend. The buildings are older, so the visiting upstairs neighbors/tenants were very loud. We also didn't know the beds were only doubles, so sleep was fitful. Minimal household essentials (i.e. paper towels, toilet paper, storage bags, foil, etc.) were provided, so if you stay longer than a couple of days or have more than 3 people, you'll want to pack extras - or pack some just in case! Amy & Michael were very communicative and nice. We were very comfortable and had an amazing/comfortable weekend.

They told me I smoked marijuana but we don't and they will charge me more for cleaning and I already paid for everything

We loved this property. We wanted a clean, scenic stay for a relaxing mid-week getaway and found the perfect spot.

Clean nice place

Very nice stay at Lake of the Ozarks. Place was very modern with nice omenities. Property owners were easy to communicate with and everything as advertised. Would stay there again

Great location - updated and super clean

Very much enjoyed the screened in deck and views. The master bedroom bed is a 10. Most comfortable ever. Pool is awesome overlooking the main channel - boat traffic all day long. Place has been recently remodeled and very nicely done. Close to a lot of great places in a short drive. The Oaks golf course is a good one, food/drinks at Redheads, Shorty Pants, Margaritaville all really close by. No complaints at all about the place or owners - awesome. That said, there are two major things that hindered our stay - both being completely out of the control of the owners. We have done several houses via VRBO but this was our first condo stay. For 4 of our 5 days, guests in the unit above us - super loud. Family of marching band members maybe? Every step came through loud and clear including those daily at 5:15am as well as late night after 1am. Was frustrating. Spent a lot of time on the screened in deck - however lots of other neighbors doing the same - with many of them smoking. The ceiling fan on the deck helped a ton but no way to get away from it. Unfortunately the upstairs guests were there 4 of our 5 days. I wish it would have been the other way around with them there 1 day. If that were the case, this would be a full on 5 star review.

Family Reunion

This property was a great location for us to be close to our family for our reunion. It is on the water and close to golf courses and restaurants. We loved the covered deck and bedroom with beautiful views. The place was nicely decorated and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Awesomely located, adorable place

We had a blast hanging out in a nearby cove, having coffee on the deck, and eating at a outdoor restaurant nearby. This was perfect for our small friend group getaway.

My family had a great time at this condo. Relaxing by the pool and watching the boats go by on the lake was a great way to spend the afternoon.
