Welcome to “GOLDEN REEF” a beautiful, relaxing, and family-friendly waterfront condo at the 19 Mile Marker right by the Grand Glaze Bridge!

Private Beach/Lake Access steps away from the condo.

This 1 bdrm/1 bath condo sleeps 2 guests and is perfect for a fun getaway! The unit requires stairs to access, 1 flight down from parking lot

This is a freshly renovated, gorgeous unit with a full kitchen and everything you need for your stay!

RULES:
*Primary renter must provide copy of ID & sign renter agreement prior to arrival*
*No smoking of any kind*
*No party/fraternity rentals*
*Minimum renter age 21*
*NO animals/pets of any kind*
*No booking fees will be refunded. Booking fees are about 3% of total cost*

1 bedroom and 1 full bathroom. This immaculate 1 bedroom unit features beautiful decor and abundant natural light.

There are 2 mini loveseat lounge chairs in the living room with amazing views of the main channel!

The beds are comfortable. Everything you need for cooking is available in the kitchen which includes a large fridge and freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, blender, and more. The large outdoor deck provides panoramic lake views and includes outdoor furniture to listen to the waves roll in

There is a BRAND NEW pool on the property! The pool is full and ready to enjoy!!

Beach access is a rocky area with lake access near the complex pool.

We have a very unique, unobstructed view of a Missouri State Park to gorgeous lake and forest views.

You will have access to the whole space. It is a private condo and no other guests will have access. There is no closet available to hang items in. You will be able to use a private washer and dryer, private patio, and all spaces in the condo. There is a shared unit pool that all guests have access to. There is also a private rock beach that is open for swimming in the lake to all guests.

Super clean, perfect for weekend getaway with amazing view.Close to everything, very convenient.Cameron was great, no issues at all.We had everything we needed for our stay.

Overall the place was nice. I was annoyed with the my deposit hold which ended up being dropped before we left because there was a mixup and a hold of the deposit price and my room price was pending g in my account after I already paid for the room. The house is on the bottom floor and it is very loud in the bedroom when neighbors are showering or have water running. The A/C is in the bedroom closet and is very loud when running. I had to plug my ears the first night when trying to get to sleep. There is no closet to hang clothes and no dresser. We lived out of suitcases. The back patio was sketchy. The place is old and the wood is split on the balcony support beams. The floor of the balcony slopes down and freaked me out. It was also covered with a ripped up carpet ( probably to cover damage.) The balcony was very filthy. Spider webs, dead bugs and spiders were present. It hadn’t been cleaned in months. I did think the kitchen was well supplied with dishes. The furniture was comfortable. Please bring pool towels with you because they are not supplied. If you plan on using the couch chairs for beds be aware there are no sheets and only one pillow for that. Bottom line is you get what you pay for.

There was an issue of nowhere to actually have for my clothes on hangars or to hang much of anything. Maybe for future guests this problem could be changed. Frustrated.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for. I always plan where I’m staying according to the view, which was spectacular. I loved the pool being so close and not overcrowded. It seemed like an older community, which is nice when you like peace and quiet like we do. The bed was extremely comfortable. The kitchen well organized and supplied. I was able to find everything we needed when I cooked. It’s perfect for a quiet getaway and close enough to stores, caverns and marinas that you don’t spend the whole trip driving.
