Newly Built Lakefront Home - Less than 5 minutes to the track!

This is a beautiful home on an extremely private street that is just five minutes from the track and less than ten minutes from Broadway in downtown Saratoga. It was built last year and is the perfect combination of private lake luxury with easy accessibility to nightlife and more. Enjoy the privacy of the lake just outside your windows with the convenience of being near every restaurant, bar, golf course, track, spa, shopping and attraction you could ever want! Enjoy the beauty outside from the large private deck or the covered lower porch. You can also enjoy the view of the lake with breathtaking views out of two large sitting areas and two of the bedrooms.

Parking Policy: The house is on a small private street that is very quiet and surrounded by only the sounds of nature. Since this is a small and private road, we only have room for 2 vehicles to park in front of our house for your stay. One additional parking spot may be purchased from our neighbor and we can arrange that for you if you need to bring an extra vehicle. Saratoga is a town with limited parking options and more cars than that are not permitted at this rental. If you have other vehicles, they can easily be parked downtown (less then 10 mins away) in free 24 hour parking lots that are available for visitors.

This house offers the ultimate combination of nature and convenience. The private back deck provides views of Fish Creek, creating a peaceful, scenic backdrop for morning coffee. Yet, you are just a quick drive from the racetrack ,downtown shops and restaurants. Clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed inside, it is a fantastic getaway spot we cannot wait to revisit.

Location was lovely. Home was clean and well equipped. Deck was great and watching the crew activity on the water was fun. It had rained buckets the week before we arrived so the flat grassy area was very soggy and dock was not functional. Only negative was that the third bedroom has no windows.

Great place for a weekend getaway and overall worth the stay! The space itself is very nice, but there were a few minor drawbacks. The floors were quite dirty when we arrived, and the upstairs bedroom gets extremely bright in the morning. Because of the skylight and the lack of curtains on the upstairs windows, there isn’t much privacy, and you won’t be able to sleep in past sunrise. Despite those details, it’s a nice property and we enjoyed our weekend.

Thanks for the review and booking our home. We have the house professionally deep cleaned before each stay so floors should have been very clean but we can share your feedback with the team for sure. House is nicely situated on a quiet road with a great water view. Check in process was simple and the house was immaculate. The house was also conveniently located near a plethora of local attractions which made getting around simple.

Great stay beautiful location on the lake.

We were visiting the area for a horse show and stayed at the house during our trip. It was a beautiful house and Jessica was extremely helpful and very responsive. House was exactly as represented and great location. Would absolutely stay again!

NUS Championships

Spent a weekend here while our daughter competed in a regatta. Was great, clean, and close to the race course.
