Great Family Retreat Home - located downtown - completely renovated High - end luxury 4200 sq. ft house available all year!
You can walk everywhere, the car will never leave the driveway all weekend long. Plenty of street parking as well. Super home for entertaining or a great getaway weekend with friends. Cozy and Comfortable Bedding and furniture. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and great for couples privacy. Separate suite area on third floor with private bedroom and spare area for extra sleeping. Beautiful lounge and fireplace in the kitchen area, complete wrap around Saratoga porch, skylights, amazing wood floors, astounding Victorian woodwork everywhere you look. Over-sized "man-cave" garage and awesome yard.
Vacation in the heart of the action-this home is the one everyone wants to stay in!
Can be used for offsite corporate retreats with large dining table that can fit 12 around

NOTE: We only rent to responsible adults and families. No parties. No loud groups. Primary renter must be over age 35 to rent this home

The house was perfect for our annual family gathering! Our host was very responsive and informative. The house was exceptionally clean, decorated beautifully and located in a quiet area across from a park and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, pots/pans, etc., and the large dining room table was perfect for our group of 10. The front porch was a favorite spot for reading or relaxing. We greatly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful house and would highly recommend it for anyone visiting Saratoga Springs.

The House was more than we expected. It was absolutely beautiful, enough room for all and most importantly clean. Most supplies needed are there. Great place. We will be back.

Beautiful and comfortable appointed home within easy walking distance to downtown Saratoga Springs. The gathering area was the kitchen and family room area which had a gas fireplace. The fireplace was a nice touch during the cool spring nights while watching a movie or sports game.

Another wonderful stay

We stayed for a friend’s wedding and it was perfect! We had plenty of space and it was perfect walking distance to downtown Saratoga. Charles was a great host and very communicative! Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the area.

This VRBO is amazing. Sooo much room, perfect for family gatherings. Charles's,our host, was very accommodating and responded quickly to any of my questions or request. We will definitely stay here again. It’s very close to downtown Saratoga, easily walkable to shops and restaurants.

This property is magnificent! Our extended family stayed here when they came for my daughter's wedding. From the luxurious master suite to the game room in the garage......it was unbelievable. I highly recommend this property for visits to Saratoga Springs.

Fantastic, spacious house! It was perfect for our group, with plenty of beds and bathrooms. We especially loved the kitchen/great room, which had lots of seating for us all. The bar with all the barstools was such a bonus for a group of longtime friends to chat and catch up. We walked everywhere and felt really safe. There was a nice, big driveway for plenty of cars. All instructions were straightforward and clear, and we had no problems whatsoever. We very much hope we can use this beautiful house again in the future! We loved it!

Incredible home in great location

The house is beautiful and in a great location. It was the perfect spot for our weekend trip. Everything from check in to check out was seamless and the host was responsive. Highly recommend this home!
