We love the Bacon Ranch house! We have stayed many times and it has always been sparkling clean and very comfortable, with all of the necessities provided. Our family loves the large outdoor space where the kids can play, and the porch swing is a favorite where we can sit and watch the deer in the fields. Thank you for another wonderful stay!

if you are looking for somewhere to unwind and relax in the country this is the place to be wonderful little house and the owner Karen is the best we had a wonderful time and will be back thank you for everything

After spending time in New York City, it was really enjoyable to spend time in the quiet country. It is close to Jamestown, but away from the noise of a city.We had a couple of questions and our host Kathy was very prompt in replying.If we ever are in the area again, we would rent it again!

Last minute booking and it was very accommodating for the 6 of us. Just wish there was another bathroom but we made do.

The house is located in the country but close to the town.bit was very quiet, and very clean. Had a question for the host and she responded back promptly with an answer. Very nice.

Back home for Christmas

Simple and comfortable.Location was excellent for our needs. Enjoyed the privacy. Kitchen well supplied and beds comfortable.

Great spot close to the lake.

Had a weekend bass tournament on lake Chautauqua. This property was close enough inconvenient to the lake, yet far enough out of town to get the quiet country setting. We fish multiple tournaments off the lake every year. This will definitely be a spot I would stay again.

Short Vacation

The property was out in the country, but I was able to find stores within a short drive. Tim Hortons is a must in the morning. It was so peaceful. The house was clean, and it had central air conditioning, a big plus. The area was beautiful, and the house was perfect.

The house was just right for us. There was plenty of room. The house out in the country so it was nice and quiet. It is close to Jamestown and the Chautauqua Institution. We spent most our time at the lake. We really liked the property.

Great open floor plan ranch situated in a country setting.

We were very impressed with this ranch home situated on a couple acres across from cornfields on quiet country rural setting it was very pretty. The inside has everything you would need and then some from home. Everything was updated has A/C, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, tv's, WiFi, grill, porch swing, patio chairs, etc. Would stay again, wonderful host and easy to communicate with. Thanks again for a lovely stay. 7/2022

We have stayed at this house before. It is quiet and hassle free. Close to what is needed. The house has the perfect amount of space for my family of five. We have never had any issues. The host is very quick to respond when we have reached out, and that is normally only because the outside trash is full. It is the perfect place for us to stay when we come to the area. We will hopefully be able to stay there again the next time we visit. You can’t beat the setting. We watched deer in the field and ground hogs in the back yard during the day. We had raccoons visit the yard at night. My children loved it!
