Gorgeous creative Cottage tucked away in a cove on the lake, sits on a residential street. A minute drive or mile walk from popular downtown Bemus Point. On a quiet street while remaining accessible to all nearby amenities. Boaters Delight! Dock is ready for a boat and fun in the water. Perfect site for a couples get-away, family vacation or friends just wanting to have a good time at the lake. A wonderful artists retreat, full of good energy. Escape from daily turmoil, reunite with those you care about! Let your inner being be at peace within.

1/2 hour to Erie, 1 1/2 hours to Buffalo, 2 hours to Cleveland
Although you likely won't want to leave the cozy property :)

Third time staying. Always wonderful, quiet neighborhood, very little lake traffic, nice dock, close to Bemus pt without all the weekenders. Always clean with any amenity you could use or need on vacation . great price . We will have forth visit !

The cottage is lovely and comfortable with everything provided that you could possibly need. Laurie is a great host and answers all questions promptly. We noticed that the cottage wasn't as clean as it was last year. For example, the refrigerator hadn't been wiped out and the glassware and silverware weren't washed thoroughly. The sinks and toilet were stained, also. I think the house cleaner could do a better job. I was able to remove the toilet stains with cleaner and a brush. Otherwise, this is a nice place.

The property was clean, neat, well appointed and very comfortable. There is nothing to want when you stay here. We enjoyed having the dock for our boat. the view of the water and the sunrise and sunset was great! The neighborhood is very quiet and relaxing. We are looking forward to booking again in the future. Thank you Laurie for sharing your cottage with us!

Clean environment with good safe dock.The area was close to Bemus point. We stayed in that area before and did have a problem with some guy who walks the docks at night.I Guess he owns some run down buildings on the same street.

This cottage was cute, comfortable and conveniently located. We loved our deck time and the time in downtown Bemus Point. Lots of great restaurants!

Exceptional communication from this host. Enjoyed a lovely girl’s weekend at this lakefront cottage. Great central location. We were able to visit Southern Tier brewery and also many area wineries. Cottage was nicely equipped and we appreciated all the games that the host had provided! This host is extremely responsive!

Wonderful memories!

Being able to walk out on the dock was so fun- beautiful sunsets every night. The cottage had so much character and everything we needed! Loved our stay!

Theneighboorhood is lovely. Friendly, quiet, and easy to locate. The lakefront is unobstructed and a natural extension of the cottage. The property manager is available at all times. Guests are welcome to call or text me at any time.

There are 2 bedrooms and a pull out couch. The open floor plans allows folks to spread out, play games cool together and enjoy the lake.
