Visit our home at the lake! Located right next door to Sunset Beach Marina & Boat Launch, Lake House Restaurant, & Lakeview & Mountainview Golf Courses. Relax on one of three decks, enjoy the lake views, or cozy up in the warm & inviting indoor space.

Perfect location to enjoy all that Morgantown has to offer! We are within 15 minutes of WVU, Coopers Rock State Forest, Mon River Bike Trail, and shopping, restaurants, & bars.

Our home has 3 bedrooms (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins), 2 full bathrooms, 1 car garage, fully equipped kitchen, living room, washer/dryer, Wi-Fi, smart TV's, grill, & patio. King & Queen bedrooms each have their own private deck!

For additional bed space, there is a queen air mattress and pack n play.

Parking is limited to 3 vehicles max. No street parking. If you are bringing a boat, contact Sunset Beach Marina or Edgewater Marina for a land or water slip & trailer parking.

While you're in town, check out all that Morgantown has to offer! Coopers Rock State Forest, Cheat Lake Park, WVU, Mountaineer Field, WVU Coliseum, WVU Core Arboretum, WVU Outdoor Education Center, Dorsey's Knob Park, Spark! Imagination and Science Center, Art Museum of WVU, Morgantown History Museum, The Metropolitan Theatre, West Virginia Ecological Museum, Forks of Cheat Lake Winery, Caperton Trail, & so much more!

Cheat Lake location

Property was fantastic for a last-minute trip to Morgantown to meet friends and family. Everything was as listed in the property description, and we found it a comfortable, clean and welcoming place to stay. We loved the proximity to the lake, the walking distance to the restaurant, and convenient driving distance to downtown and trails of Morgantown and surrounding areas.We also appreciated the high quality, linens, and kitchen supplies. Great experience.

Great spot!

We had a great experience with our stay! Very clean and accommodating also right up the road from the marina. We had no issues and would stay here again.

Awesome property. Really enjoyed walking down to the lake and also eating at the Lakehouse restaurant in the evenings. Overall great experience!

Great location

We stayed here for the weekend of backyard brawl. It gave us a great location to come back and relax with our kids and parents. Convenient location and right next to the lake!

Brides Celebration

We had a great time in this facility. They had everything you needed in the kitchen. It was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Definitely would rent here again. Great view of the lake. Easy access to the Boathouse restaurant.

Great spot

We booked three townhomes in this neighborhood. All had great views of the lake and were walking distance to the restaurant. Stocked with plenty of dishes and perfect for large groups

We were here visiting my brother who lived 4 min away. Great location near everything. House was clean, bed comfortable, and all amenities there and explained perfectly in our instructions. We will definitely save This for future visits!
