The condo was a bit tricky to find initially, but once we did, it was in a convenient location. The pictures were accurate and we had almost everything we needed. We did go out and buy a bathmat and new towels. There were two issues we didn't like:1. the bed needed to be replaced, and 2. the stair carpeting also needed to be replaced. There was no outdoor garbage pail when we first came and the owners had one there the next day. Finally, a few of the blinds in the bedroom were missing.

Great communication, lovely unit. Stayed in the DEAD of winter. Complex is located on a steep hillside. Parking and walkways were a challenge due to the recent harsh snows. Would visit again if in the area.

Morgantown

Quite enjoyed our stay here. The layout of the house is nice with the living area on the first floor, bedrooms on the second, and laundry/ garage down below both. It’s a relatively quiet place with the occasional dog barking next door. Friendly neighbors and owner. Excellent location to the town and interstate. Parking can be tight but manageable. Having a garage is nice, though, there is a desk in there that makes it a snug fit for larger cars. Would recommend and will stay here in the future.

WVU Parents Weekend

The condo/townhouse is located very close to WVU, as we were down in WV for Parents Weekend. While the neighborhood was a little tricky to navigate at first (there was a road closure in the adjoining apartment area), it was easy to navigate thereafter. Parking is a bit tight but it was manageable. Decor is beautiful and beds were so comfortable! We had a great weekend!
