Sit on the balcony and enjoy the view. Houston County Lake has great fishing, especially bass. There is room here to park your boat.
Take the kids to Grapeland Safari, just 20 minutes away.
Follow our FB page, "Houston County Creation Station " for information on classes we offer. If you have a desire to learn a specific craft, let us know. Guests receive a 10% discount on all classes.
This is not a resort area, so very quiet and no traffic.

A perfect and peaceful getaway spot. There’s not a lot of options to stay in this area so I’m so glad I found this place. Cheaper than the Holiday Inn in town, and more comfortable too.

Sandy & her husband were so helpful & kind. The place was very clean & thoughtfully decorated. The small, sweet details were nice as well as the laundry room. The location was perfect for Houston County Lake access. There was a lot of great space, & she is adding even more room! Very kid-friendly location!

Perfect place to stay

Excellent location. Extremely clean and well appointed home. Very close to the lake and the public boat launch. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone needing a home in the area.

Comfortable place to stay!

The place was even better than the description. It was clean and comfortable. The host was very nice and accommodating! She even brought us extra sheets and set out bubbles & toys for our kids. The view of forest surrounding the apartment is gorgeous and the lake is literally across the street. We loved this place and will definitely be returning!

Great communications. We arrive and had two options to stay. The areas were large and clean. We asked about places to eat. Sandy recommend the Mimosa grill. All the food was great. They even had a live music artist. Went back to the Sand’s place and played board games with our grandson. Woke up took a great shower in an amazing shower and drank coffee before hitting the road. Thank you for a great stay. It was wonderful.

Did not disappoint!

We needed a vrbo close to an event that was actually ina remote location. I was pleasantly surprise we found this apartment. It was clean, well-maintained and just what we needed. The Host were very friendly and communicated well with us.

Great Place To Stay!

We stayed two nights here. There was plenty of room for three adults and a child. Everything was just as stated in the listing. The full kitchen and fridge, dining area, living space... everything was clean and up to date. Plenty of toys and activities to keep children busy. The location was great also! Hosts were awesome!

Amazing!!

Ms Sandra annd the property are amazing!! She came the 1st day and checked on us and we chatted for awhile!! The public boat ramp is really close. But far enough from town that you wanna make sure you’ve got what u need before in you get out there!! We will be seeing you again!!
