Our condo is a nicely renovated 3 bedroom unit with two full bathrooms, a roomy lanai overlooking pool and bay, and covered parking. It also comes with a boat dock at no extra charge. Bring your boat or rent one. Cruise from Oyster Bay out to the Gulf, Keewaydin Island or Marco Island without having to go under a low bridge! Quick drive to the Everglades for natural beauty and a very quick drive to 5th Avenue for dining and socializing. The beach is only 1.5 miles from condo -- so you also can drive or walk there at your leisure. There also are two covered reserved parking spaces — so your vehicles never have to sit in the sun. Enjoy all S. Florida has to offer!

Owners are 20 plus years members of the Sea Eagle Club, a wonderful community of boaters, pool and beach goers, golfers, etc.

This property has one of the best locations in Naples. It is a short walk to both your boat and fine dining on 5th Avenue and on the Gordon River waterfront. You also have the option of walking, riding a bicycle, or driving to the beech. There is so much to do and see in Southern Florida! And it is one of the few spots in the USA where you can get warm comfortable weather in January and February.

Before completion of the deal, renters will need to execute a lease agreement with the owner per the rates listed on VRBO and also complete a renter's application with the condominium property association. Any fees charged by VRBO and by the condominium association will not likely be refunded by either of those entities should the association deny the rental or should the parties not come to final terms.
