Relax in your beautifully furnished and newly remodeled 2 bedroom 2 bath waterfront home. Brand new fully stocked kitchen and baths. Great outdoor lanai and dock to enjoy the casual laid back atmosphere. Boat dock can accommodate up to a 40' boat. Isle Capri has great restaurants and bars Close to Naples and Marco Island.

It was a fine place for a few days. Owners were wonderful and very responsive. Backyard could use some sprucing up. Beds were ok. Everything else was nice. Thank you very much.

Isles of Capri

If you want to stay on peaceful Isles of Capri in a modern, clean, attractive house, this is a good option.

Spring Break

Great place and ideal location! We had such a great family week. Brought the boat and it was very easy to explore the whole area. Perfect rental for the adventurous family.

Had a great time! Place was nicely decorated. We enjoyed using our kayaks we brought with us and launched from the backyard dock. FYI the dock does not have a ladder. We ate at several local restaurants on island that had very good seafood. Relaxing and low key.

Great stay!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was very nicely remodeled and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and beach towels. The kitchen was well stocked and beds were very comfy. The owner was fantastic to work with. Isles of Capri is small but the restaurants are amazing and worth the wait. Also only a couple of miles from Marco so close to the beach and water fun. We'd definitely book again if we're in the area.

We brought our Boat

The house was great along with the neighborhood. It's a little quieter, more low key compared to Marco Island. We really enjoyed our stay for a month! The weather didn't agree with our boating plans, but it was so nice to have our boat right in our back yard!! Would come back again.

Seems we may have been first in on the remodel. Beautifully done, recommend to anyone wanting a low key walk to restaurants, skiff in the water experience.

Isle of Capri stay

This is our 3rd year to Marco Island. We opted to stay on Isle of Capri neighborhood this year for our Spring Break. Home was perfect! Clean, new everything. Tastefully decorated. The cream family room furniture scared us a bit with 2 teen boys but covered them w blankets to help avoid any unwanted stains! Brave owner : ) Kitchen was stocked with all appliances and needs for cooking. The yard was a peaceful retreat. We rented bikes and rode bikes around. It was a bit of a distance for beach day but enjoyed the views on the ride over Marco Bridge and on Marco. We also enjoyed walking the neighborhood seeing the rebuilding and area homes as well as water views. We would definitely recommend this property if you were fine driving to beach daily. The owner was very easy to work with and communication was prompt.

Absolutely loved our weeks stay here for my husbands birthday. Our host was super accommodating and easy to contact. The house was very clean and the host has provided all the outdoor items you could wish for to enjoy the surrounding beaches should you happen to forget something. The water was amazing and the boat ramp was very close to put our 21 foot Stingray CC in. My husband cruised right to the house canal in about 15 minutes and the canal is wide enough to swing your boat around easily. The dock has buoys to help protect your boat during the high and low tide fluctuations. We caught lots of fish right off the dock. This house provides easy access to shopping on Marco Island, beaches, inshore and offshore fishing. A friend of ours caught a gigantic Goliath grouper near 5 mile reef which was protected so we threw it back after a pic of course. The Isle of Capri restaurants served phenomenal food and drinks with waterfront views. The neighbors are all very nice. Highly recommend this house for a relaxing getaway with the family.
