The backyard has a lounge area, kitchen and pool. String lights can be turned on at night.

II. During Stay
1. Max of 1 car allowed
> Plate number listed before entry.

2. Respect neighborhood rules
> This listing doesn't include amenities of the subdivision; exploring and photoshoot around the village is prohibited
> Maintain the quiet atmosphere of the area. We do not allow unruly crowds, loud noise, screaming, hooting, loud music at any time
> 9pm quiet time
> Guests are treated like family and are expected to extend the same courtesy to the community

3. Guests inside the house by 10pm
> For security, subdivision gates close at 10pm. As much as possible, we request guests to be inside the house by 10pm. Food deliveries can be done from 6am to 10pm.

4. No smoking inside the house
