Perfect Lake Getaway!We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our group. And the view was incredible! Waking up and relaxing with the beautiful water right outside was definitely one of our favorite parts of the stay. Everything was exactly what we needed, and we had no issues at all during our stay. The home was welcoming and gave everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy our time together.The owner was also wonderful to work with and always responded very quickly whenever we had a question or message. That made the whole experience easy and stress-free.We would absolutely stay here again and would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, relaxing getaway with an amazing lake view!

The host was amazing throughout the whole process. Took care of all of our needs. Property was advertised. Tucked back in a beautiful quiet cove with a covered dock for the boat we brought. We had 10 adults in the house and we never felt crowded. The covered porch looking over the water was

The house is hot. Fans were provided but there’s a sign that you can’t turn the air on lower. There is a major big problem that is undisclosed until check-in. The hosts do not want you to have the lights on after the sun goes down which is unreasonable. It is presented as a joke in little signs across the house. The outside is completely unusable at night due to the bug situation.

The home is suitable for a family and/or large group. Unfortunately we had a busy schedule and upon planning to cook, found that the dishwasher didn’t work. The grill was not clean, so we attempted to cook in the oven but that was so filthy that we opted to go out and eat. The following day we had a boat trip and left early upon returning we were able to take a closer look at the home situation. The side door did not bolt lock, the towels were missing but we found them in the dryer. We rewashed and folded so it couldn’t be said we left them in the dryer. Looked at the dishwasher and inside it seem like filth has been accumulated and the dish washer did not work. The outside window looked like it had been decorated for Holloween from all the spider webs. We notified the owner and there solution was to have the crew come and clean while we were there which was unacceptable since we didn’t want to spend our leisure day waiting for them to clean which should of happened before we arrive. Overall if you want a big unclean home to vacation at. This should be your pick.

The house was fairly clean and in good shape. The home was spacious and had a good setup for our group. We enjoyed the covered patio and dock areas the most.

Family getaway

Beautiful, peaceful property with lots of space and easy parking. Perfect for a multiple family vacation that included young ones.

Great location for family trip!

Found the owner very Communicative and no problems getting into the house. The house was advertised and our family really enjoyed the quiet and secluded location.

Good place for a family outing

Fairly easy to find and check in was a breeze. Driveway is a bit steep, but not unmanagable for most vehicles. Property was in overall good condition. We would stay again next year.

Property as advertised. Nice place to stay.

House was as described. Nice decks to sit outside and enjoy the lake. Lots of space to spread out. Owners were responsive to inquiries before and during our stay.

Great Place to Stay

A great place to kick back and relax! Quiet, clean with plenty of room for the whole family. The dock and boat slip were in great shape. It was too cold to swim but the cove would have been the perfect place to get in the water. We're keeping it on our list of places to go again!

Great group house on the lake

Perfect house for an extended family group, large covered outside space where we spent a lot of our time as it rained while we were there, great sized kitchen for everyone, nice dock with paddle boards and lily pads, easy communication and quick communication with owner. Thanks for all the tips about specifics of staying at the house, we really loved it.

Relaxing and Spacious Hideaway on Cove

We had a great 4-night stay. Property was clean and as described, bugs were not a problem as long as you kept lights dim at night. Lots of outdoor seating and comfortable amenities throughout. Friendly for dogs with areas outside for potty breaks and barriers/gates to keep from roaming. Highly recommend staying at this place.

Amazing place, loved it!

This place is definitely deserving a 5-star review. Everything went smoothly and the house was everything we hoped it would be and some. The host was tremendous in helping with any questions. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a perfect getaway! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy the house this weekend, will definitely book again.

Good Stay

A little bit older of a house with some wear, but nothing major was broken. Comfortable beds, huge dock with paddle boards, tubes, and lilly pads. Priced right for what you get and the owner was easy to get in touch with and reaponded quick when i had any questions.

Very cozy house.

We loved the house. Very roomy and clean. All the basic amenities were there. We were there during off season, so the lake was not very busy. We rented a pontoon and enjoyed the beautiful scenery. Would recommend off season for those looking for peace and quiet.

House was great for 5 couples. Boat dock and outside living space was great. Electical challenges noted (lots of remotes with no batteries, could not figure out remotes for all rooms (two rooms were controlled by 1 remote which was challenging)

A fantastic week

We had a fantastic stay with 4teenage girls and 4 adults. The outdoor patios and gazebo are perfect to relax and look at the lake. There was plenty of room in the house and a quiet cove to float. Great communication and quick responses from Bre. Would definitely recommend.

Ozark Getaway

The location was nice since it is on an isolated cove that was quite. It was only about 10 minlute boat ride from the Shawnee Bend boat ramp. The house was as described on the listing but it does need some attention to the weeds surrounding the house and upper deck, otherwise lots of room in the kitchen and dinning area.

We unfortunately don’t mow while guests are in the home as home has lots of windows and we like to keep you stay private and undisturbed We have since mowed after guests left
