We are excited to share our lakefront home with you when we can't be there! Our home can sleep up to 10 with almost 3,000 square feet, there is PLENTY of room for everyone to spread out. Located on the 8MM in Sunrise Beach, MO.

THE SPECIFICS ABOUT OUR HOME:
You will love this delightful 2-story lakefront home with breathtaking views of the Lake at the 8MM with ALL the comforts of home situated on a level lot in a quiet neighborhood. This is THE perfect home for families, friends, fisherman, and/or golfers! This 5-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home has around 3,000 sq. ft. You will LOVE the open floor plan making it easy for everyone to stay in the conversation. It has newer carpet throughout, and a kitchen with all the essentials. 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths and wet bar are upstairs and then the lower level has large master suite with ensuite with a jetted tub. There is a 1/2 bathroom located on the lower level. The kitchen is on the lower level which leads out to the deck overlooking the Lake. The deck has a gas grill and smoker. Enjoy hanging out on the dock with swim platform with table and chairs to sit and relax and enjoy your favorite beverage. The best part, you are only 9 steps from the deck to the water-hard to find that at the Lake of the Ozarks!

Kitchen:
Fully stocked with more than enough items to cook up a great meal. Located on the lower level. Has disposal, trash compactor, dishwasher, large fridge, stove, microwave, deep freezer and even a breakfast bar! Also, has a large buffet area ideal for serving up all the yummy food you make. Kitchen table has room for 6 and breakfast bar can seat 3. You can enjoy your meal on the deck located right off the kitchen or at the tables on the dock.

Laundry Room:
Located on the lower level has full sized washer and dryer available for guests to use.

2 Levels of Living:
Upper: Large living room with vaulted ceilings with a ceiling fan. Has leather sectional - plenty of seating for the whole crew. Has a TV for catching the game or just taking a break. Large sliding door leads to the small screened in porch which looks out to the breathtaking lake view. Wet bar located on upper level.
Lower: Tall ceilings with 2 ceiling fans, a comfortable couch and loveseat , and Power Recliner. All of this is open to the kitchen so everyone can be a part of the conversations!

5 Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 located on the upper level King Size bed
Bedroom 2 located on the upper level Queen Size bed
*note bedroom 1 and 2 have full bathroom in between room to share
Bedroom 3 located on upper level Queen Size bed and Has a full bathroom across from it shared with bedroom #4.
Bedroom 4 this is a small room: located on upper level it's a non conforming room with a ceiling fan and window and a queen bed.
MASTER located on lower level. Large room with King size bed and private bathroom.

3.5 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1: full bathroom with tub and shower and single sink located on upper level Bedroom 1 and 2 share this bathroom
Bathroom 2: full bathroom with shower and single sink bedroom 3 and 4 share this.
Bathroom 3: 1/2 bath located off kitchen and family room on lower level has a sink and toilet
Bathroom 4: HUGE master bathroom with double vanity, toilet closet, jetted tub and shower.

Deck:
Deck with Weber 3 burner propane gas grill.

Dock:
9 steps down from the deck and a small concrete path leads you to the LARGE concrete dock with large swim platform with Wet Steps, table and chairs located on dock to sit and relax under the 2 ceiling fans. We also have a Lily Pad, paddle boat, and kayak that guests are more than welcome to use during their stay.

Parking:
There is room for 4 cars. There are two level spots on the top of the drive in front of the garage and 2 on the driveway. Please note, driveway is on a slight decline.

PLEASE UNDERSTAND:
This is our home and we love our neighbors and want to respect them; we do not allow pets or loud parties. If you are looking to have a loud bash, we would recommend you look for other accommodations. This is NOT the house for a bachelor or bachelorette parties or anything similar. NO smoking is allowed
We are about a 20-30 min. drive over the Toll Bridge to Osage Beach.
You must be 25 or older to rent. For everyone's safety and enjoyment, guests need to provide their own safety vests and/or flotation devices.
