This waterfront home is the perfect place for your family and friends to make memories that will last a lifetime. Located within walking distance to some of the best restaurants in the area and only a short bike ride to the beach, mini-golf, and ice cream. After a great day of fishing, crabbing, shopping, or beaching it, this spacious home is ready to spoil you and your guest with its 4 large bedrooms, two living rooms, and views of the OC lights at night.

Endless Summer

Absolutely perfect vacation home on the canal! No need to rent paddle boards and kayaks. They are provided with the home. Teenage grandchildren loved this place!

Mothers day weekend

Amazing,perfect, beautiful, comfy are just a FEW of the words I'd use to describe our trip. The house is perfectly laid out, enough rooms for your own private time and enough spaces for family time! We found some great board games to play, amd enjoyed the fire place. The rooms are all huge, and the beds.....oh my so comfy! Its rare to find a mix of a beautiful place and comfort. Even the dining room chairs are comfortable!! The house was stocked with more than I've ever seen while renting. The outdoor space offered just as much as the inside. Many different areas to relax as a family or just curl up with a book. The owners were so easy to talk to, no issues came up during our stay but I'm sure if one did they would have handled it asap. I cannot say enough great things about this property! We 100% will book this place again! Look forward to the next time.

Endless Summer...Wish It Didn't End!

We had such a fabulous time at this first-rate vacay home. It is comfortable, beautifully appointed, and well equipped. 3 Master Bedrooms was the best! This home is top notch with many amenities for all. Also, sitting on the deck was always calming watching the water, and we also fished and crabbed from the deck. The outdoor kitchen is a plus. Lots to do in the Fenwick area and many good eateries! We will be returning next year. Thanks Jason for use of your lovely home!

Peaceful Bay Perfection

Our group thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at "Endless Summer." From the extremely helpful and responsive hosts, to the endless possibilities of activities, our week was sheer perfection. The house is exactly as pictured/described, spotless and the perfect size for our group (2 couples, 2 teens, 3 younger kids). We were able to dock our boat right at the house, make use of the paddleboards and kayaks and even caught crabs right off the dock. The community pool was delightful and we were able to spend several hours there playing with the kids. It's obvious that the owners put a lot of thought and care into the furnishings and decor - it felt homey, lavish and comfy, exactly what you hope for on vacation. My personal favorite part was how peaceful it was, both in the neighborhood and in the backyard/dock. I was even able to take a nap outside on the couch one afternoon. We hope to be able to come back again next year for a longer visit. Highly recommend!

The house was quite comfortable and the deck was enjoyed by all. It’s nice to retreat to a quieter area. The property manager Jason was very efficient and super responsive. We made some amazing memories. Would definitely stay again.

Another Wonderful Vacation

We had a great week at Endless Summer, the property and community was ideal for my family. Getting to the beach is a very quick drive, the pool is easily walkable, and we either ate at, or got takeout from 4 different restaurants all within 1 mile! Jason was a great host with the best communication I have ever had in my 10 years of renting in the area. Super nice guy and very accommodating. He even had to leave his boat there for the week, and stopped by on the last day and took us for a ride! I don't have one complaint about anything, and in all our years of doing our annual family vacation, this was probably the best property, and definitely hands down the best host. Thank you for everything!

Amazing accommodations

Its so hard to get all of your adult children and significant others together at one time, but your home made it possible. Your home was just as pictured, actually even better!. It was immaculately clean and everything and more was there for our use. The views are amazing and my "kids" loved the bikes and kayaks. Beautiful views and a quiet walkable neighborhood. Loved watching the sunset too. Thanks so much for sharing your home with us.

Home away from home

The homeowners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They made the house rental process seamless. Very communicative and answered all questions thoroughly and promptly. The attention to detail was impeccable. The house itself is amazing and the water toys were so much fun! Our family truly enjoyed our weekend at endless summer and cannot wait to return!

Amazing!

We had such a wonderful time at this incredible vacation home. It is beautifully appointed and very clean. The owner was readily available with any questions. The amenities and location were perfect. We all commented on how comfortable our beds and sheets were! This is not always the case in rentals. You really could not ask for more! This place is top notch!

Our stay at the Endless Summer was more than we expected!

We are a family of four and shared the house with friends who are also a family of four. There was plenty of space for everyone. The house is beautiful, very clean, and in a great location. It was an easy drive to great restaurants and beaches. The house is right on a canal with access to kayaks and paddle boards. The kids enjoyed this and even went fishing and crabbing right from the deck. The homeowner Jason was very helpful and responsive to any questions we had. We’re hoping to return to this home again. We all wished we booked a longer trip.

Expectations Exceeded and Then Some!

I really can't say enough positive things about this property and our experience there. In fact, calling it a property just doesn't seem right. It felt a lot more like a friend loaned us their vacation home. First and foremost, the house was spotless. My wife and her sister always spend the first few hours deep cleaning and disinfecting any place we stay in....this has been going on for the past 25 years. The Endless Summer was the first place in all those years they did not see the need to do that. Within 30 mins of unpacking we were on vacation! So much thought clearly went in to ensuring that guests at The Endless Summer only have to think about enjoying themselves. The decor and furnishings are lovely and comfortable. We happen to cook a lot and found the kitchen well stocked with everything we needed for prep, cooking, serving and dining. Yes, the inside was ideal (I told Jason I think the place is too nice to rent), but the covered porch, patio and dock area is really the crowning feature of The Endless Summer. Right on the canal, the very large porch and patio area are peaceful, with lots of flowers, greenery, comfortable seating and a pretty view. The kayaks and paddle boards provided hours of enjoyment for the teenagers in our group who were always happy to go back to the house to hang out. In terms of location, pretty much everything you could want is no more than 5 minutes away. Fenwick Island was new to our family. I would highly recommend it to anyone, and unless you are hardcore oceanfront people, I think you will have a hard time finding a more ideal spot than The Endless Summer.

Endless Summer

This property was beautiful, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a great week. The beds are amazingly comfortable! Jason and Sarah answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make our week special. The location was perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood, just minutes from the local beach. The neighborhood pool is in walking distance from the house. We appreciated all of the equipment provided, as well as a variety of books and games for a rainy day. Rehoboth, Bethany, and Ocean City are all within an easily drivable distance. Thank you, Jason and Sarah, for a wonderful place to call home for a week. We highly recommend!

Lovely House in a Great Location

The description of this home was spot on. With two living rooms, we were able to spread out, with ample space. The back deck and porch was a peaceful place to sit and relax, or watch the rain (which inevitably happens at the beach). The paddleboards and kayaks were perfect for the canal. The location is awesome, a few minutes drive to the beach (either Fenwick or Ocean City, Maryland). The home was beautifully decorated, very 'beachy.' What puts this house over the top is the attention to detail and the 'extras.' For example, no need to buy every spice you need for cooking, they are available for use. The owner was very responsive/available with questions. Would highly recommend this property for your next vacation!!
