Welcome to Midtown Cottage! Conveniently located between downtown and Wrightsville Beach.

This 3 bedroom house includes a king, queen and trundle bed. There are two bathrooms with tubs and a laundry room.

- Check yourself in with our Yale smart lock and keypad (code will be given prior to self check-in).
- Guests can expect to climb a few stairs to get to the front door.
- Free parking is readily available.

Please note that you are staying in a house and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them immediately.

- The booking guest must be over the age of 25. Verification may be required.
- No smoking is allowed in the home or on the property. A $500 fee will be applied if there is evidence of smoking during the stay.

We were visiting family in the area which led us to reserve this cottage. It was clean, well stocked, and the owner was very nice/professional. The cottage was in a great location and we visited Kure Beach, the Fort Fischer Acquarium, Long Leaf Park, Airlie Gardens, and Independence Mall. I highly recommend this cottage!

This home was perfect. Very very clean, great location, very comfortable and one of yhe best vaca rentals I have stayed at.

The house needs updating. Beds were as advertised. Shower curtain liners were mildewed, many items needs repair, a number of items pictured are no longer available. For example, there is a rocking chair on the front porch. But only 1, 1 seems to have gone missing. There's only half as many glasses as shown in the picture. No beach towels as shown. The dishwasher has pulled out from the cabinet, there's a window xovering in the living room missing & the other doesn't roll up or down. The washing machine has mildew or mold. Nothing horrible but lots and lots of little issues.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and found the location perfect for our family’s plans, especially being close to the beach and Jungle Rapids. The home was spacious, well-maintained, and the host was very responsive with great communication. We also appreciated the simple checkout process.While the home appeared clean upon arrival, the floors were not as clean as expected. Walking barefoot or in socks left them noticeably dirty, and there was some dust buildup in areas. We also found a dead roach near the kitchen and a living roach in the master bedroom. We understand this can happen during the summer, but it was still unpleasant to see.One of the twin beds was a pullout bed with a twin mattress, and the pullout portion had visible dust and dirt that appeared to have been missed during cleaning.Overall, the great location, spacious layout, and excellent communication from the host made for a positive stay.

Christmas in Wilmington

This was a great house for multiple family members. Our brother lives a mile away so it was very easy to get together. The deck is really nice and I was looking forward to hanging out on it but unfortunately it was the Christmas of the Artic Blast, so next time. Beds were very comfortable with great, crisp, clean smelling sheets. Tons of extra pillows, blankets, sheets, towels etc available. Lots of nice extras! Don't hesitate to rent this place. Emma, the host, was great with answering any questions.

Wonderful Stay!

This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in, it is such a nice and relaxing home! The owners communication was always very prompt! We enjoyed our stay very much!

We loved the home great location home was so neat and clean!! Loved the jet tub.

We came into town a day early was able to get the home early. So easy to communicate with home owner Anderson quickly. Planning another trip in June would love to stay at the home again. Would recommend the home!!!

Nonna's Grand Band

We will always talk about this property with extreme fondness and delight. Emma, our host, was responsive, thorough, courteous, and clear in all her communications about every aspect of our stay. Emma could be on any Vrbo platform titled "extremely gracious host/owner". The property was excellent! It was very clean, well-organized, and the location was perfect for Nonna's Grand Band. We felt safe and secure in house and in the quiet residential neighborhood. The amenities were of high quality and reflected a genuine thoughtfulness for the traveler. The outside space was as lovely as the inside space. This review is titled "Nonna’s Grand Band" because it was a trip focused on my four grandchildren, ages 1 to 9. My daughter (Mom to two of the Grands) and I are Vrbo "first timers". Emma set a very high bar for Owners and that we will be repeat Travelers. Nonna
