Absolutely amazing experience!! Coming with two kids it was perfect! The kids loved the hot tub and snores and we loved the ambience, how amazing the owner was, and everything we thought we could ever need on vacation.

Great Brothers’ Weekend

Fantastic spot for a brothers fishing weekend. Beautiful spot and it was great to enjoy the fire pit and hot tub at the end of each day. Great vacation!

Great Place To Stay

This is a great little house to stay. Very clean and the owner provides many amenities making packing much easier. The location is convenient to downtown and surrounding beaches. I would highly recommend this place.

Nice stay

Very nice house. Close to everything we wanted to go to. Only complaint is that the backyard was super buggy (probably just the time of the year) and the grill didn’t work for us.

Great Stay, Must Stay if have Pets!

Nicely decorated/equipped house, very pet friendly although you would never know a pet has been there, reasonable distance to downtown or the ocean.

Quick Getaway

I found this property while planning a spur of the moment trip to Wilmington with my wife and our dog. The property was very clean and convenient to downtown and the beach. Will look to stay again on our next trip.

Perfect Escape

We absolutely loved Brian’s place! It was immaculate and he has thought of everything to make for a relaxing stay. Nice location and close to all the fun Wilmington has to offer. Wonderful communication throughout our stay and the hot tub was such a bonus! Can’t wait to visit again!

This is where you want to say, when in Wilmington!

This place is centrally located especially if you’re going to be going to the One Oak pavilion.. Offstreet parking super clean safe area also walkable to coffee, shops bars, and restaurants.. Super pet friendly!

Real Walkability, Great Neighborhood

This place was perfect, close enough to downtown to walk almost anywhere, far enough away that it was SILENT at night. Great amenities throughout, covered parking for the car was a plus. Easy and quick procedures, Brian was amazingly responsive (and forgiving of me being a confused dumb-dumb about checking in.)

perfect little home just on the outside of downtown Wilmington. Host was very responsive to the few questions we had. Would highly suggest this for your vacation.

Awesome stay, enjoyed by all ages in our family! Perfect setup for bringing our 2 family dogs along as well. Amenities and details well-thought out. Clean and comfortable space. Checkin and check out were a breeze. Hope to stay here again someday!

We had a great time. Weather was perfect. Great location to the riverwalk. It is a perfect walking distance. The yard was perfect for the furbabies. House was clean and roomy. Will rent again!
