It is 1 large bedroom, hardwood floor throughout the house, stainless steel kitchen appliances, and big living room with a L shaped couch. Central AC + heat. Enjoy the southern Cali outdoor amazing weather with an amazing private patio with a sitting area.

PLEASE NOTE:

The unit comes with an assigned covered parking spot but it is suitable for small to compact car, a big car will not fit. There is free street parking available for those.

Also the private patio has a security camera installed, the owner will provide full camera access to the renter, owner will NOT have access to the camera or its recording during your stay.

Max availability is for 4 people which ideally is 2 adults and 2 kids, it is 1 bedroom apartment not suitable for 4 adults.

You must notify us if you are bringing a pet, pets will be considered, and we reserve the right to refuse pets if the occupancy is already at max (4 people) or for particular pets due to insurance limitation.
