Our Ranch style home sits on 1.5 acres just 1 mile off Stoutsville boat ramp. Surrounded by beautiful countryside, this home offers openness and privacy.

This vacation home has an open floor plan with a front porch for sitting and back patio for gathering. A large two car garage is a bonus for your vehicle or boat storage. A fire pit is also available for evening enjoyment.

This place and the hosts are amazing. First, the hosts were the most accommodating I've ever worked with. We had a small issue and they responded, in person, to help us out. The communication was fantastic and thorough. Can't beat the hospitality.The house is excellent. Plenty of space, large yard and driveway. It also has everything you could need outside of your food etc. The house is within 10 minutes of the Route U boat ramp and 20 minutes to a town with everything you could need. I highly recommend the place.

Holder house was perfect. The home was spotless, stocked with so many extras, beautiful setting, minutes from the Marina. The kitchen was stocked with absolutely everything we needed, plenty of towels and linens, tons of games to play. Beth has thought of everything. Our family couldn’t have been more comfortable. We will be back. Thank you Beth!!!

Wonderful location with a quiet yard to enjoy. Minutes to the boat ramp and not ridiculously far from the local shopping. Everything was properly stocked and functional. One minor hiccup was dealt with quickly by the owner. We'll be back!

The location was perfect, near the boat ramp and our families property. House was just as pictured and described. Loved the time spent here and will definitely be back!

Home Away

We had a wonderful stay and were so thankful to be able to stay another year. It's a great location for access to the Mark Twain Lake. Also a wonderful place to gather and relax, even when rain changes your plans.

It was great for my dog and we loved how close it was to the boat ramp. My dad hadn’t been to mark twain in 20 years was a great trip!

Peaceful Get Away

Quiet and Beautiful!

Sweet little house with all your needs! It was in such a cool spot and was the perfect distance away from many awesome spots and towns. Beth was awesome and very easy to talk to! I would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Nice, quiet getaway!

We had a wonderful stay at the cabin. Place was clean and quietly tucked away. Comfortably fit my family of four and our friend's family of four.
