Note to guests I have a restriction of no kids under 10 allowed due to a very elevated second floor walkway- no exceptions.
This home has everything you need for a peaceful vacation in the woods. Wake up to gorgeous panoramic views of Klamath Lake and enjoy your coffee on the large patio near the built-in firepit. Then take a long walk on the trails surrounding Running Y golf course and see a deer or two while you stroll. The nearby Running Y village is also a bonus. There you can enjoy breakfast at the resort or a quick pastry from the artisanal deli and bakery.
The home itself has 5 bedrooms and three master suites with breathtaking views of the lake. Four of the 5 bed rooms have an ensuite bathroom. The state-of-the art kitchen has everything you need to enjoy a meal in the formal dining room or cozy breakfast nook. The vaulted ceilings in the great room coupled with multiple luxurious touches throughout the space--including a show-stopping fireplace--are sure to leave you wanting more of this luxurious lake house.

The Klamath Falls house is a huge, beautiful home that fit our adult family of 6. The host made it extra special by providing a bottle of wine and cheese upon arrival. Robes and slippers were available for use. It truly felt like a 5 star retreat.

This house had everything you could ask for. Not your typical VRBO bare bones, as it is a home that is obviously used and loved by its owners. Fully stocked in every way, a perfect spot to gather, cook, relax, and spread out. There were 10 adults there and we were so very comfortable. Communication with host was excellent. We hope to return later in the year.

This is an amazing property! The host has thought of every detail. The outside patio and view are beyond amazing. The Osprey House was a perfect venue to host our foundation retreat. Very spacious to gather for meals and meetings.

Home Away from Home!
We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. There are such delightful spaces to relax and read, or enjoy quiet conversations with family. Our weekend was full of graduation activities, but we look forward to returning to enjoy the local cuisine, some golf, and biking!

The house and the view were perfect. Access to Running Y Resort made our stay great. The house is gorgeous. Furnishings are top of the line. Super relaxing.

This is a fabulous property!!! The location provides an unbelievable view. The home is gorgeous, clean and amazingly stocked. Jodie was easy to reach and very helpful. I would move in there in a heartbeat!!! I hope that we can use this property again in the future!

Amazing Place to Stay
This house is fantastic. We booked this rental for a golf trip in Klamath Falls. We really enjoyed the house and the hospitality. The views are stunning, the house is large and comfortable, and the hosts are generous. We really enjoyed sitting on the back patio around the firepit and watching the lake and the wildlife. We loved it!

Families Gather
Magnificent property with a great view of the lake, plenty of space for our 2 families of 4, comfortable beds and everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Host was quick to answer any questions and checked in to make sure we were well cared for and comfortable.

The Best View!!
This house exceeded our expectations- truly lovely, spacious, comfortable, clean, and well stocked. Stunning view of the lake!!! Communication with the owner was excellent. The plentiful wildlife was a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Amazing views with all the amenities and more, much more. Outstanding house with a very quiet location. I would recommend this place to leave lasting memories for all guests.

A beautiful home in a beautiful community - the Running Y Ranch. My family (there were 8 of us) enjoyed the hot tub and the “runners” ran daily. One of our tribe is a fairly serious bicyclist and he enjoyed the challenging hills throughput the community. Guest passes were available for the community clubhouse/gym but we didn’t use them. The house was large enough that we all had our own private spaces. There is a large deck area with a barbecue - and the nearby hot tub. Inside is a large table conducive to family board games (and eating) which we all enjoyed. The living room had a large TV with a variety of couches and chairs. The bedroom areas were spacious and four had en-suite bathrooms. The den had a king size rollout bed and shared the bathroom with the next door bedroom - both on the main floor. The three other bedroom/bath suites were on the second floor. There was also a nice lounging area in the open upstairs hallway. There was a half bath on the first floor. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The view of Klamath Lake was spectacular. The house is in a wooded area and wild turkeys, deer and woodpeckers shared the space. The property was very clean. This property might not be suitable for small children. Our host, Jodie, was totally accessible. Crater Lake is about an hour away. Klamath restaurants are about 15-20 minutes away. Really, I don’t believe you could ask for anything more. Nightlife? Who knows. Not our thing.

Relaxing Hideaway
Spacious and beautiful, the owners are very helpful and kind. Beautiful home and breathtaking scenery. Overlooks the lake. Relaxing and quiet. Only an hour and half from Mt Shasta for great snowboarding.

Splendid home
We very much enjoyed spending our family vacation in this amazing home. Spacious layout, home amenities along with access to Running Y pool and gym, the decor, comfortable beds, a fantastic back patio with a magnificent view of Upper Klamath Lake! Great communication with Jodie, the homeowner. Highly recommend staying at this home!

What a view!
The pictures do not do this home justice. It is very luxurious and a view of the lake that is beyond belief. It is close to Golf, market, and the restaurant at the running Y. We will definitely return!

Last minute booking
I was looking for a place to host several extended family members who were traveling from out of town for a funeral. The house was luxurious and true to the listed pictures. The setting was serene and peaceful with beautiful morning light and views of the lake.
