Welcome to our cozy clean and comfortable condo! Just steps away from the beach or a refreshing pool to swim in. Located across the street is Fager's Island where the sunsets are incredible. Bad Monkey, Alley Oops, Dunkin Donuts, Fractured Prune and many more great places within walking distance. Relax on back deck enjoying the sound of the waves or enjoy coffee in the morning watching the sunrise.

IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
1. This condo is on the 3rd floor (no elevator)
2. You get two parking spaces
3. We do not supply any linens for beds (sheets, pillow cases or blankets) Bath towels or any toiletries are also not supplied
4. Per condo rules NO PETS ALLOWED
5. No Smoking of any kind in the Condo
6. We do not rent to high school seniors or their parents renting for them.
7. Must be 25 or older to rent

Very clean and well maintained unit that is close to the beach! We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go and the parking spot was perfect for the unit. Would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed for our girls’ getaway. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, mini golf, shopping, and the boardwalk without being in the middle of all the crowds.

The property was okay and kept clean. However, It looked like well lived and on the older side. Overall, I am happy with our stay.

While i appreciate your feedback on my unit, my photos of the unit are exact to what you rented. Prior to renting it is the renter’s responsibility to review all details before renting. Not exactly sure what warranted a 6/10 for a rating when you stated unit was clean and you had a good stay. thank you

This was our first time renting in OC. The condo was larger than I expected, very clean, the host was beyond accommodating. There’s a nice pool as well!Location was nice! Plenty to do within walking distance and very family friendly! A short walk to the beach as well. And folks renting out beach supplies right at the dune so you don’t have to drag stuff across the sand. They’ll set up for you. It was pretty perfect!

Perfect ,Clean , Cute , Great Location

Tina’s condo is very cute , super clean and all around a great stay . We were very please with our stay and she was very easy to communicate with . Parking spot was perfect , right by the steps . Especially loved her modern cute beach decor.

Great location!

We stayed during 4th of July. Beach was very crowded and this condo was in a perfect location to walk to beach, shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. We traveled from out of state and were not able to bring our own linens, but Tina was very helpful to arrange linens through the housekeeping service for a very reasonable fee. It was a great trip for the teens and adults.

Great family getaway

Excellent host and great CLEAN property. Easy check in process and good communication. Was as described in a great location (a few steps from the beach and walking distance to restaurants). Stayed with family and young kids. Highly recommend!
