Wonderful Stay

The condo is clean, spacious, and in the perfect location for a family trip to the beach. The owners are kind and wonderful and we will definitely be returning!

The property is kept in excellent conditions. Quiet evenings on a very private balcony, with glimpses of the gorgeous Bay is always a true luxury. There were plenty of those. With flocks of birds on the Bay, one may consider brining binoculars. Two blocks to the endless beach, just as advertised. Not much to wish besides.

Great Condo & Good Location. Had two issues the first day- Keypad would not work at check in, fortunately I was able to get in touch with the owner who got us in and rectified the situation.- Bedsheets were never removed from previous guest, we were supplied with clean sheets & towels but had to strip the beds ourselves, owner said she contacted housekeeping but never heard from anyone as a follow up. Even with these issues, I would rent again!

Checking in was easy. We had the code and were able to get in. I don’t recall if instructions for the door lock were provided but it took us a few minutes to figure out the how to unlock the door. The condo was clean and nicely decorated. Not to much, not to little. Beds were comfortable and didn’t hurt my hips! That’s a plus! The location is walkable with lots of things around to walk to; shopping food restaurants. Board walk is drivable and the beach is 2ish blocks away. Nice pool, nice grounds. Will stay here again.

Can’t wait to come back!

What a great stay. I have nothing negative to report - the condo was well stocked with everything you need and more - a great location! We have stayed in numerous condos and hotels in OCMD but this condo was by far the best! Our family had a great time and we are definitely looking to book again!

Long weekend away

Condo was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend! Only issue we had was getting the televisions in the bedrooms to work. Instructions would be helpful.Great location!

Bright, cozy and clean with plenty of indoor and outdoor space

This two bedroom condo was the perfect place for my husband and I for our first visit to OC. The condo was lovely, and miraculously maintained by the owners. Very clean, had everything we needed in the kitchen, close to boutiques, and restaurants. Beach is right across the street. Thank you Angela for sharing your little piece of heaven with us.

Felt right at home. Door code was easy to use and didn’t have to worry about having to hold keys while going to the beach. The kitchen was spacious. Really enjoyed making meals with all cooking tools available, easy clean up with dishwasher. Double balcony was favorite spot for conversation, drinking coffee in morning, wine in the late afternoon while listening to music and playing scrabble. Family had a fantastic vacay!

Nice OC Getaway

Location was great. Pool was pretty nice but the floors in the unit were a little dirty and some of the dishes were too. I'm sure the owner would have sent the cleaning people in but our stay was too short for all that so we lived with it. Otherwise it was fine.

Fantastic

My friend, Debbie, and I found 403C clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the bay and pool. It was an easy walk to the ocean. My son and his family were in Building B. We've all said we would come back again and stay a week instead of 4 days. A suggestion is that you advise us what paper products we need to bring garage bags, etc. Thanks you! We loved the place.

Great condo

Checking in on a Monday was perfect! The unit was clean & loved lay out. Kitchen well-stocked with necessities—wish garbage disposal & use of dishwasher could have speeded up—washed dishes & regular trips to trash receptacle until Thursday night. We loved our beds! Living area nice—open—large comfortable sofa. The pool was wonderful with all three women there to enforce rules & offer help! It is a walk to beach to 81st street to cross then to beach. Overall owner & unit great choice!

No ac working property .. dirty pans..urine in toilet upon arrival.. I can go on.. but you got the point. Definetly never again.

Hi Tanya I'm sorry you didn't enjoy your stay but to address your issues: Firstly, The AC was definitely working. I get notifications on my phone if the temperatures go above or below certain points. Potentially the unit felt a little warmer if the patio doors were left open with people coming in and out. If you thought it was not working why did you not report it? Secondly, regarding the refrigerator, there wasn't anything reported from the renter directly preceding your stay and an issue with an appliance is not something that can be foreseen. I was available and received your first call about the situation and upon your notification a repairman was called and the issue was resolved the same day. Thirdly, regarding the cleanliness of the unit. I pride myself on maintaining a clean, inviting property. The cleaning company I use is OC Solutions and they have a 5 star google rating. If a previous guest was unthoughtful and returned a pan to the cabinet not 100% clean, I apologize. I try to be very conscious of my guests needs and keep a very well stocked kitchen but that does rely on my guests to be courteous of others and return things in the condition they were found. Lastly, regarding the location. That is subjective to each guest. There are multiple shops and restaurants within 5 or less blocks of the unit. There is a pool and hot tub on the property and the unit is 2 block from the beach and the condo sits directly on the waterline on the bay so I'm not exactly sure what you were looking for but I would suggest doing a bit more research next time to find the perfect location FOR YOU next time. PERFECT would return without question

We were beyond pleased with everything, from the accuracy of listing, communication, location, the complex and the unit itself. We REALLY enjoyed the oversized deck. All the furniture is super comfortable. The 2 full size beds in the 2nd bedroom is a huge plus for our family with older children. We find that fits us way better then the common bunk beds with extra twin which is not fitting for our 18-21 year old “kids”. We didn’t use the pull out sofa but we would have if our oldest had come and I can tell it would’ve been perfect. The grounds of the complex are very well cared for and clean. The kitchen is well stocked. We would 100% book again if/when we return to OCMD.

Beautiful place to stay with great location to everything (restaurants,entertainment,beach) . The pool was well kept and maintained. Everyone was friendly ( a mature crowd). The balcony gives a beautiful view to pool and the sunrise and sunset. My first only issue was the WiFi which was slow and kept losing connection in the 1st bedroom but other than that it was awesome experience and I will definitely be back.

Great trip

We enjoyed our stay . The condo is nicely decorated and very comfortable. Good location with good restaurants near by . Comfortable mattress made for good sleep . The deck is a added bonus for relaxing with nice view . Short walk to the beach and we were lucky we had great weather too.

Excellent property

Fully stocked, clean and beautiful. The owners obviously take pride in their rental. Our family of 4 had a great stay. The condo felt spacious enough and the accommodations were as comfortable as being in our own home. Highly recommend.
