This was a beautiful home. The interior was clean and welcoming. It was perfect for our Girls Weekend getaway. The screened in porch and deck were beautiful. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

This was a great house for us and the grandkids when we visited the Ark Encounter. Also close to Cincinnati for great site seeing adventures. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved the sun porch even though it was too chilly in October to use it much. The house was clean, and had everything we needed and more. David was always very responsive to any request. Great place!

Great home with lake view.Kitchen was gorgeous.The road to the home turns to gravel and is Single car wide (just heads up)Loved the back porch and deck area.

The lake house was clean and orderly, nicely decorated, and quiet. My friends and I had a wonderful time there and enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch at night. This is definitely a great space if you’re looking for a quiet getaway.

What a beautiful place to stay!! Very clean and well decorated and very welcoming! They had all the amenities you could ever need, even the sheets smelled amazing!! The screened in porch was our favorite place to enjoy coffee in the morning and wind down after a long day of sight seeing. It was a good location that allowed us to tour so much with just a beautiful drive through the country. Far exceeded our expectations, we would absolutely stay here again!

We had a nice stay and enjoyed the house while we were there . We were a little disappointed about the lake being really thick algae so no swimming but that’s not anything the property owner can do anything about . There was an issue with the air not working properly and there was some stair down to the water that need replacing but the owner was very nice and communicated well with me . He appreciated the feedback on the issues we had and said he would get them fixed ASAP ! All and in all we had a great stay and would definitely come back .

Nicely decorated and clean. Large kitchen table and outdoor table. Liked the enclosed patio. Appreciated the kitchen with the single cup/carafe Keurig coffee maker.

This was just as the pictures. Kitchen was very well equipped and the back porch area was where we spend most of our time. Would stay here again.

Home was clean and cozy. Kitchen has everything basically you might need.Perfect distance to and from the Ark. Loved the screened in sun porch! My favorite place.

We traveled to Kentucky to visit the ArK and the creation museum. We wanted a place to stay that would offer a retreat from the day to day. A place to relax and recharge. The lake house was just that. It was very clean and well kept. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Our host was great. Wonderful communication with check in and check out process and he was quick to respond when we had a question. The view was amazing. We loved sitting in the sunroom and on the back deck enjoying the peace and quiet. The kids had so much fun fishing off the dock and swimming in the lake. We made some wonderful memories there that we will cherish forever. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

The house was ideal to what we needed for our family adventure to the Ark and the Creation Museum! David was an excellent host and answered all my questions! If we could have stayed longer, it would have been an ideal place to rent a boat and enjoy the lake! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything you will need!

Property was beautiful, clean and well supplied. The only bad thing was the drive to get to it but the owner of property did advise about the road beforehand. We just weren’t expecting it to be quite as challenging. Would definitely recommend having 4 wheel drive vehicle.

This house is really nice. The beds are so comfortable and the house was very clean. The lake view is so pretty and it’s a very quiet area. It’s conveniently located between Lexington and Cincinnati and also a very close trip to the ark encounter. The kitchen was well stocked and there were plenty of towels. We had a great week!

Great accommodation for our family. Chose it due to its proximity to the wedding venue where we were attending a family wedding. House had everything we needed, was super cute and clean.

Very comfortable lake house for our family. Excellent value. The kids enjoyed playing in the lake and looking for fish and turtles. It felt like camping for them, with all the comforts of home closeby. Close drives to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. The host was very responsive to us. We would consider staying again for a future stay.

Beautiful property ! Property owner was very helpful and prompt to answer with any questions ! Great location for the plans we had ! We visited the Ark and Kentucky Derby and enjoyed our stay for a great price !

The kitchen was one of the most well stocked kitchens we have ever had at a vacation rental. The owner was extremely easy to reach and very quick to respond. We drive a minivan and had no issues getting in and out as long as you drive slowly on the last dirt portion of the road. We would highly recommend this rental. The photos are very accurate. Beautiful sunroom and views of the lake also. We did not use the lake because it’s still early in the season, but serene and peaceful.
