Room was clean and stocked. Host was very easy to communicate with. Room is right on the strip so you can access pretty much anything within walking distance

Miami

Perfect location right in the heart of South Beach. Very easy check in process. Our host was great at responding to any questions we had. Some of our neighbors were complaining about noise from the club next door, but we did not experience that at all.

Satisfied

Great communication with the property owner and hotel staff. Sent text to owner of property and they replied with in a half hour. They did everything they could with making sure everything was fine and sent help if needed.

Perfect location

Location, location, location!! Right in the middle of the strand, this location is perfect. We were able to walk everywhere with ease. Although it’s right next door to the Palace, we rarely heard much noise. We didn’t care for the rain shower/tub with the shower curtains. But we made it work. Also, a small dresser would have been nice to put our clothes in, but again we made it work. Check in and out was easy. Emails immediately answered. We’ll definitely be back!!

This stay was completely unacceptable. I discovered blood stains on two pillows, mold around the windows, insects inside the unit, and the overall cleanliness of the property was poor.The heater also did not work. I know you don’t normally need heat in Miami but my stay was during the record breaking cold. I asked the host ahead of time if there was heat and they assured me yes and that I would be comfortable.These are serious hygiene and maintenance issues.This is not what anyone expects when booking a Vrbo. Clean linens, a sanitary environment, and basic functioning amenities are the bare minimum. I reported the issues immediately. The host provided new pillows and sheets within hours but was not provided blankets until the next day. The host did not address the heating issue at all and claimed it was not part of the original listing. I would strongly advise future guests to reconsider booking this property.

What you described isn’t the standard we aim to provide, and we completely understand how frustrating it must have felt, especially during an unusually cold week in Miami. As soon as you reported the stained pillows and sheets, fresh replacements were delivered within hours, and additional blankets were brought to the unit shortly after to help keep you comfortable. We’ve since reviewed our cleaning procedures with the team and carried out a detailed inspection of the apartment, including treatment around the windows, to ensure everything meets our hygiene standards. Regarding the heating, the listing does specify AC, which is typical for Miami properties, but given the record-breaking temperatures during your stay, we did arrange for a technician to assess the system as quickly as possible and help integrate heating. We understand that comfort is essential, and we’ve taken this feedback seriously as we reassess how we prepare for rare cold fronts in the future. We regret that your stay didn’t meet expectations and appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention.

Pictures don’t show the reality… this place is not for a family vacation, specially if you have kids

Well, first thing, they charged me extra 25 dlls (cash) for “early check in” . My hostess told me they shouldn’t to charged me for that, and she said go ask for your money back. They never did it, they just gave excuses. It’s not the 25 dollars , it is the actions, the service, looks like they are taking advantage of the people. Just saying! The reality , it is not an aparment, it is a small studio, they have everything, but it’s only for 2 people max. The pool is super small, they only have a good view, but everything it’s small. The pictures don’t show how the apparment looks. The elevator never work , the one to get to the pool (6th floor)

Honest review, pretty good, read my details

It’s hard to give a review on this one. We knew it was going to be small, we knew it was going to be in the heart of South Beach next to a loud nightclub, and reading reviews AFTER we booked was not smart, because it gave me a feeling of dread. Sooooo many negative reviews, however, in the end, it was an OK place to stay. We used earplugs and our white noise machine which helped with the loud music late into the night. We actually slept surprisingly well. The apartment was clean and smelled good (that was a biggie to me!), and we had all the amenities we needed. The photos they posted on the VRBO site were definitely taken with a wide angled lens- it’s a small place and I could never see four people staying there. One thing that was missing that would’ve helped would’ve been a small dresser with drawers (I suggest under the TV in the kitchen) because we had to use the sofa to put our suitcases on. Besides hanging some things in the closet, the rest had to stay in our suitcases for the week. The other thing that would’ve helped would’ve been some more hooks/knobs on the walls to hang towels. We knew that our patio doors looked right at the building next to us, and that there really was no balcony that you could sit on. We really missed that. But the rooftop pool next-door was awesome! We used it almost every day, and were surprised at how few people were up there. We always got a lounge chair, and there were only seven of them. The TV in the bedroom had three remote controls,
