Beachfront # 119 with a pool and beach backyard. One bedroom one bathroom condo (440 sq feet) with 2 queen beds in the bedroom and an additional queen sofa bed in the living room with an eat in kitchen located in the best neighborhood in South Beach (South of 5th )
1 beach pass for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella at beach kiosk right on the beach sand beyond the condo building.

Serene, cozy, 440 square feet 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment.
2 queen beds and an additional queen size sofa bed.
We provide body wash, shampoo, towels, wash cloths, beach towels, paper towels and toilet paper, complimentary coffee, wifi and cable tv.
All towels, sheets and pillow cases are 100 cotton 400 thread count.
Complimentary parking for the duration of your stay and 1 beach pass for 2 beach chairs and 1 beach umbrella at beach kiosk right on the beach.

Washer and dryers available in the common corridor.

Set directly on the beach on Ocean Drive, this unit has no ocean view.

The backyard has a shared swimming pool and it faces the beach.
Access to the pool and beach is through the common corridor of the AirBB unit.

Check in anytime after 3.00pm 24/7

We don’t allow pets.

The unit is 440 sq ft and sleeps a maximum of 5 persons.

It took a while to find a place that was on the beach and within our budget. We are a family of 4, with 2 being teens, looking for a place to stay before our cruise. We spent 3 nights enjoying Miami! The host was nothing short of amazing! VERY accommodating, VERY responsive, they exceeded my expectations as a host. The place was clean, by the ocean, and perfect for our family's stay. We enjoyed our stay and look forward to visiting again!!! Thank you wonderful hosts!!

Luis was very responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend this rental. It was right on the ocean, had a nice pool, and was very close to trolleys and restaurants. Thank you Luis and Anita, you're the best!!

The place looked nice and as shown in the pictures. The location was great. The owner was great with communication. However- from the moment you open the door to the lobby the smell of mold was overwhelming. Our clothes reeked of mold and it stayed on our clothes and luggage. The odor in the main lobby was absolutely awful, it was not as noticeable in the room but the smell lingered on our clothing for the remainder of the our travel! If this issue could be fixed this would be 5 stars!

Happy to read you enjoyed the location on Ocean Drive with the beach backyard. Although the condo building is historic Art Deco, the beach apartment is newly renovated. There are plenty of wood accents for an island feel…hence the smell of wood. Your July 24th stay sat right in the peak of summer when South Florida, South Beach is hot and humid. In summer there is no escaping the rain either, which comes around almost everyday to cool off the heat. July being seaweed season too, all the smells combined make it part of how South Beach is this time of the year no matter where you stay on the island. Many don’t mind it as South Beach has so much else to offer all year round. We welcome you back in the cooler dry months for the 5 star experience.

The apartment was OK. It was nice and clean and we loved the retro fridge and microwave. The location, however, was terrific. Within walking distance to the beach, parks and restaurants. Street parking was not an issue as long as you pre-registered your plate number. We were able to park almost directly in front of the building.

A lovely weekend stay!

Just as described and pictured! I enjoyed that I was just a minute walk to the beach. I appreciated the parking permit and the beach chairs/umbrella service that was included. I would absolutely stay again if in the Miami area.The owner was very responsive and her pictures that explained the check-in process was awesome.

South Miami Beach.

The over all stay was good. The condo was newly renovated. AC worked well. The pool was nice. It was a 1-2 minute walk to the beach.
