Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Location Location Location

Can’t beat the location if you are wanting to explore Gruene. Walking distance to all the shops, restaurants and Gruene Hall. The rental was very dirty though - with a thick layer of dust on the top of the cabinets, mirrors, light fixtures and vents. Shower had left of hair on the walls from the prior guests. Also when I wiped the kitchen counters backsplash down it was black. Unfortunate / because the location is amazing.Rental is a little smaller than it appears in the pictures ..but that’s not a deal breaker.

Decent place and great location

I will try to say the same thing I said on the Vacasa site, as this place is managed by them:( First we requested an early check in as we were at the property and could see no one was there cleaning. This was denied. They do not like to communicate via VRBO and wanted us to use their app. It was quiet. Fairly clean

Great lodging for family tubing trip

We were very happy with our lodgings on this family trip to float the Comal and Guadalupe Rivers. We enjoyed being walking distance from Gruene restaurants, shopping, and live music, especially Gruene Hall and the Gruene Grove speakeasy. The room had a nice view of the river glimmering through the trees, and we enjoyed the pool with our kids. The beds were comfortable and clean, and the rooms were spacious.

Great Location and Comfortable

This complex has a lovely location in Gruene with easy parking and walking to everywhere in the area. Loved having pool and river access. Plenty of beds too.

Great location, but needs a lot of TLC

This was our annual girls trip. We love Greune! Unfortunately the Village @Greune didn’t meet our expectations. It is in a great location close to everything, but the exterior and pool need a lot of repairs and updates. We were there 3 days and the pool was never clear and there was loose concrete all over the deck. Management said they would take care of it but it but it was never corrected. We never used the pool again. We choose vacation rentals with pools on purpose and I can say we will never book The Village @ Greune ever again. Amy with Vacasa tried to help us with all the issues. I would give her a 5 star rating for doing her job.

Great Location

This condo is in one of the best locations in Gruene. Easy walk to everything, easy parking, and you have access to the river. The unit was clean and everything was as advertised.

GIRLS TRIP!

This was an amazing place to stay. We enjoyed hanging out next to the river, floating the river and walking around town, At night there is live music playing everywhere. Bring extra toilet paper and trash bags.

Not Clean

The house overall was just not clean. You needed to make sure you had shoes on the whole time while in the unit because your feet would be black on the bottom from the dirt on the floor. There was someone’s bandaid on the floor along with a fake nail on the floor in the bathroom. Went to use a plate from the cabinet and each one that was put up had some kind of dirt or mold on them, most likely from being put away wet or not cleaned properly. For the amount that is charged as a cleaning fee, it’s a joke. I also sent a request to see if we could by chance check in early and got no response until the day we were checking out. The location was nice but so not worth it, at least in this unit. Won’t be staying here again.

Very comfortable! Great location!!

The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It was clean and it was nice to find toiletries, clean towels and clean sheets. The apartment is on the river, nice balcony with plenty of seating, the pool helped a lot to entertain the kids and cool off after a long day floating the river, walking distance to restaurants, bars, shopping, water attractions, etc. we have not complaints but the DVD not working, unfortunately we found out after renting movies for the kids to relax. We tried calling the management company to solve the issue, but never heard back from them. Besides that and not having a keurig coffee maker, nothing negative to say. I’ll stay here again.

Great condo

Accurate description, clean and comfortable property in a great location. It was a little hard for us to find initially and we had trouble with the door code, but the property service was responsive and provided a quick workaround. Will definitely stay there again in the future.

Best Location in Gruene!

This unit must have the insulation like a recording studio because you cannot hear ANYTHING from outside or even from our housemates inside! It's an easy walk to everything and you must eat at the Gruene River Inn.....their food is astounding and it's a five minute walk from the condos. There is river access from the condos and they even have their own private section on the River. Oh and our AC ran super cold to our delight! We plan to stay here again for sure!

Nice condo in great location

We loved this condo! The location, access to the river, and pool were excellent. The living room furniture was in poor condition and the master bath tub had very little water pressure. Also, the air conditioning filter had not been changed in quite some time, however a maintenance person changed it within an hour of calling about it. The exterior of the building and elevator could use some cleaning and updating.

Better cookware for such a pricey stay would be nice. - Knives were so dull, they were all like butter knives. - when cooking for a larger group it would’ve been nice to have a bigger pan to cook with. 2. Leave out a broom and dust pan so that we can sweep up any messes. 3. Entry to the river was great but no where to get out unless they charge $20 per person.
