The location of this condo was excellent to say the least. You are right in downtown Gruene so you walk to everything. The pool was awesome and concrete walkway to the river. The place was just as it is pictured. The response from host quick and friendly. There were adequate towels, rags and toilet paper.

Great location! Walking distance from Gruene Hall, restaurants and shopping in the area. Property was just as expected from the pictures. Convenient pool adjacent, although small and a little dated, but nice to have in this crazy heat wave. Property itself was great! Only complaint is the master shower upstairs has pretty poor water pressure and the HVAC struggled to cool the unit in this heat. Would come back again for sure.

Wonderful spot

Wonderful place, clean and has everything you need to enjoy a hassle free stay. Pool is awesome, a tad cold but with the hot temps was refreshing. It's right in the heart of Gruene. Walking distance to everything. We really enjoyed it

Overall our experience was great. The house was clean and had everything we needed for a good stay. The location for spending time in Gruene was fantastic. The only negative I would note is bed the primary room upstairs could be better. I am not sure what but on one side of the bed it feels like you are sleeping on a slope.

Great place to stay

Can’t beat the location. The condo was great and property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. Would definitely stay again.
