Looking for a relaxing stay?! I highly recommend staying at this property! Everything was very comfortable. The sound of the babbling brook that is just a few feet away and the amazing hot tub provided all the relaxation I was looking for!

The cabin was super cozy & warm. Newly renovated bath & kitchen. Well thought out amenities. Creek views from every window, super clean and convenient location. Beautiful cabin feel and decor. Super comfortable bed easy to walk to everything. Great hikes not far away. Very comfortable.

Fantastic location!Within walking distance of all things Nederland. It is adjacent to a creek and it was nice to be able to open the windows and listen to the water go by. Hiking trail on the other side of the creek, so you don’t have to go very far to get a workout. Plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.The Host provided us with the access code the morning of our arrival and the cabin was nicely appointed. The hot tub was all setup, so all we had to do was to shower before entering. Adjacent to the hot tub was a deck with a table and 4 chairs, so we enjoyed sitting outside.Only downside was there were 4 adults in our group, so one couple got the King sized bed and the other a bunk bed, so this cabin may be better suited for a couple or a family with children vs. 2 couples but it was clearly documented in the listing.

Fantastic location. Can walk to everything in town, yet nestled feet away from Middle Boulder Creek. Tremendous attention to detail for guest comfort and meticulously maintained.

I love the mountains and especially the Black Hawk and Nederland communities. I ski at Eldora, bike on local trails and enjoy all the dining and coffee shops Nederland has to offer.

This is such a unique property and location that when the owner's asked me to list the property for sale I decided to purchase it myself. Being right on the water and being able to walk to all the Nederland amenities and activities makes it a really special place to be.

Over 100 feet of creek frontage. Private parking. Hot tub. Huge Deck. No neighbors. The only home in this part of the business district. Thorpe means village or dweller in the village. Hence Thorpe On The Water.
