The Ned Nest was great! Cozy, close to town, super easy check-in/out. We loved the pool table and candy :)

The Vrbo was as advertised. Very pleasant stay. Nice spacious very clean space with easy access. Good beds and shower. The one flaw was the lack of a kitchen sink.

Super comfortable getaway spot for those that like adventure. Pool table was a fun time too! I will definitely be coming back to the Ned Nest at some point.

This place is just beautiful! Decorated to a really high standard, comfortable beds and bedding, excellent communication from Alexander. Teas, coffees, fresh water in the fridge. Fantastic pool table, lots of games to choose from. Outstanding location. Everything was just perfect, we were gutted we were only there for one night. Would come back in a heart beat!

We loved this place Clean, comfortable & room to spread out. Safe, quiet area minutes from shops, restaurants and walking the trails at the Reservoir. Alexander was helpful and friendly. We enjoyed the pool table and fireplace. This is my third time staying in Nederland and I found my go to place for future visits!

Nice, well organized place even though no full kitchen. The host was available for and responsive to questions. Very smooth check in and check out process.The location is unbeatable and easy to find.The pool table was fun and reminded me just how much I enjoy billiards.Thank you for your hospitality, Alexander!

Wonderful location with a pool table to play into the evening hours with family and friends. Love the small touches like the filter water in the fridge and the candy dish. Also provided all the items needed for a refreshing shower after a long day of hiking and exploring. Highly recommend this rental even if its just for one night. Will stay again for sure. Clean comfortable. No kitchen sink so we couldn’t wash the dishes. We only slept there but there was plenty of room to hang out if you were traveling with a lager group

This is a very cozy place to stay. Great lay out, awesome pool table, very comfortable beds and super versatile for one’s needs. Highly recommend!

Awesome. Spacious, clean and relaxing place in Nederland. We were in town for family weekend at CU Boulder and decided to stay up in the mountains. Loved the pool table and proximity to Nederland restaurants and hiking trails. Would definitely stay again!

Great Location for groups

I stayed here by myself as it was the only thing available last minute, so it was a bit more room than I needed. But this would be a great rental for a small group to hangout in near some great hiking and outdoor activities.

Cozy ski spot

We decided to stay in Nederland for our first ski/snowboard experience at Eldora.Location is perfect! We all slept and hung out very comfortably.The pool table really was the highlight.I loved being right in town and we got to enjoy some excellent food and fun shops.

Great Location

Not that it only has to be used for this but we used this as our basecamp for a motorcycle weekend. Host is extremly moto friendly and the central location was fantastic.
