Escape to our tropical paradise on Lake Davenport. This spacious 3BR/2BA, 1,700+ sq ft. (157+ m2) penthouse condo (top floor, 3rd floor walk-up) has everything you need for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation. It can accommodate up to 8 guests comfortably and is ideal for large families. Enjoy the stunning views of the lake and beach from your 2 private screened-in balconies.

Our condo is located in the Four Corners neighborhood in Davenport, Florida. You’ll be close to Disney World, Legoland, Peppa Pig, Sea World, Universal Studios and other amazing attractions in the Orlando area.

When you’re not exploring the theme parks, you can take advantage of the many FREE guest amenities at our family friendly resort. Swim in one of the 4 heated pools, soak in one of the 6 hot tubs, stroll along the walking trails, play sand volleyball, tennis, pickleball, basketball, ping-pong, pool, corn toss, tether ball, shuffleboard or fish from the dock (FL fishing license required). Plan a picnic using one of the resort's charcoal or gas grills. There’s also a kids playground, a kids splash pad and a poolside spa and sauna for your enjoyment. AND NO ADDITIONAL RESORT FEES!

Enjoy the conveniently located, moderately priced, on-site restaurant and the day spa.

Our condo is smoke-free and pet-free. No parties without prior approval.

Starter pack of coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, dish soap, dish sponge, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, and garbage bags are provided for kitchen use.

Starter pack of laundry pods are provided for laundry needs.

Starter pack of bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper and facial tissues are provided In each bathroom.

Perfect

We couldn't have been more pleased with this unit. It was very clean. The owner seems to right on top of the maintenance. It was spacious and well appointed. There were many thoughtful items such as a high chair and a pack-n-play for the little ones, pool toys and plenty of chargers for your devices. It was also close to the Disney attractions. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Beautiful place

This was a beautiful place to stay. It was the perfect location for our family and had tons of space. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone traveling to Orlando!

Hurricane Milton

The property was great. It is a nice complex. Unfortunately, we had to leave early because of the hurricane. We chose to evacuate. The owner was in contact with us the entire time of our stay. She called a couple of times to update us with the information she had concerning the hurricane and the intentions of the complex during this time. We decided to leave and not take a chance. Debbie worked with us and refunded some of our money. Much appreciated. If we ever need a place to stay in the area, we will definitely contact her again.

Dream Condo

Absolutely wonderful family condo so close to all Disney has to offer. Condo had everything you could possibly think of so no need to worry if you forgot something. We give it a 10 out of 10!!! This has become our go to place to stay while visiting Disney.

Generously spacious apartment, great pool, kids enjoyed table tennis on the sand, good location for different Disney parks (about 30 min drive). Really helpful to have pool towels supplied in apartment . Enjoyable stay and highly recommend.

Home away from home

I don’t know if it was timing but this was a quiet relaxed resort. Great for my family and I. We loved it. Plenty of space for all of us to be comfortable. Beds are comfortable. Loved the covered patio, keeps the insects out so you can go out and enjoy the morning air. We were at the very top corner. No disturbances. Do keep in mind this unit is on the third floor so you’ll have to carry everything up and down. And long days out at the park that can be that little extra to take you out, but we were fine. We couldn’t figure out the microwave. We had no idea how it worked but we didn’t call and ask anyone about it either we just worked around it just heating foods on the stove. Definitely bring your own salt and pepper and small trash bags. Seasonings, etc. foil. I definitely recommend this stay, we all loved it. Clean. They have all the home essentials. We did bring our own stroller but they do have one on hand just in case you forget yours! Close to Disney. A little bit of a drive to Universal studios. The most we did with traffic was 40 mins.Two bathrooms, great for out big group of 8..

What a great relaxing and wonderful vacation!

Already arriving at the resort, we felt warmly welcome and the check-in process was fast and easy. Entering the condo we were overwehlemed with an impression which exceeded all our expectations. Very stylish interiour, lovely arranged decoration and functional and cosy furniture. The beds are great and of high quality, the overall space in the condo is great and the appliances in the kitchen are modern and easy to use. The condo was very clean - seldom seen that before! Outside, the common pool area is spacious and the sandy beach gives you a little sea-side feeling. All very clean and the staff is friendly and working hard to make the people happy. We had such a great stay and would recommend it to everyone. Thanks for making our vacation easy and relaxing! Checking out was like : "You're set, come back soon!" GREAT!

Amazing!

This place is sooo nice! Nicely updated, very clean, has everything you need and it’s at a great price! Beds are super comfortable and showers are amazing! Love that the pool is right next door with a bar/restaurant attached! Only complaints is that the pool doesn’t allow outside beverages and with the price of drinks, you will go broke! Lol The tv in the bedroom kept glitching but when I told the front desk girl when we checked out, she said they would take care of it right away! Everyone was very nice! There are not elevators so if you have a hard time with stairs, this unit is not for you as it’s on the third floor. This is a pretty big resort so I’m sure there are plenty that are similar on the first floor. The clubhouse/office was close by with another pool with a splash pad! This condo/resort was really amazing! Will definitely be planning another visit! Highly recommend this place!

Perfect

The unit was outstanding. From layout, access, neighborhood, proximity, and cleanliness, this place had it all. My family and I travel to the area several times a year and have stayed at many places (all booked through VRBO). This is absolutely one of our top stays. For our next trip back, we will definitely look into planning the dates around this units availability.

Second stay!

We love this condo! Great price, lots of room, comfortable beds, clean, and close to the pool! We had an issue with the microwave that was promptly fixed by maintenance. This was our second stay in this condo and we’ll be back again!

Beautiful Property

Our stay was great. Everything was as advertised. The rental was very spacious, clean and beautifully decorated. All staff at the resort that we encountered were very friendly and made everything very easy. It was a bit further out than we expected from theme parks but overall the drive wasn’t too bad. The location of the rental on the property was great. Close but not too close to the pool/restaurant. It has a very lovely screened in balcony. The owner also reached out to let us know about a space launch during our visit and we were able to go to the resort dock to see it. It was one of the highlights of our trip! My only complaint would be that the water heater didn’t seem to be large enough for the size of the condo. My husband and I had to plan showers accordingly so we didn’t end up with a cold shower. This may be tricky for larger groups. As others noted, they provide starter amenities but be prepared to bring everything else/extras. This didn’t bother us as we knew this going in but we had to buy things like salt, pepper, etc to prepare meals. Overall, would highly recommend. One of the nicest properties we have stayed at.
