Very nice home has everything you could need very well stocked kitchen great location only stayed 7 days will be back and stay much longer first time checking out the villages and Caroline was a great owner to communicate with.

Wonderful home in Mallory Square

Vacation Rental

It was a nice home in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping and swimming pools. The furniture was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. We had a problem with golf cart but rental management addressed promptly and offered to supply a rental for us. This was a great place with a very reasonable price.

Great Stay

Caroline is a wonderful host! I wish I could give 10 stars! She has a beautiful and well equipped home with many amenities. She also is a wealth of information. It was hard to leave this beautiful home but we are on our own adventure with our new home in The Villages.

Beautiful home in The Villages

This home is in a great location relative to Lake Sumter Landing in The Villages. It was clean, spacious for our needs and the owner communicates and does so promptly. Highly recommend!

Amazing vacation home!

Our stay was amazing! The house had everything and the kitchen was fully stocked with all of the cooking utensils you would need. The best part of our stay was the awesome host. She was very attentive and was easy to communicate with. We can’t wait to come back next year!

Nice place to enjoy the villages

The home ower was wonderful dealing with. Had the house stocked with everything you could imagine and place was spotless. The pool is right around the corner from the house. We all enjoyed are stay at the house and home owner was there for anything we needed.

Wonderful Paradise

This home is beautiful and well maintained, inside and out. We had everything we needed and more. The enclosed back lanai was fabulous, we spent most of our time back there. Caroline was quick to respond to any questions. Just a note* the masterbed is very high and soft. I was not able to use the bed because I had recently had a hip replacement and I'm short* The guest bedroom had the perfect bed. So, no complaints! Can't wait to rent again!

July 4 getaway

This is the most well stocked house we have rented. Everything you need. Loved sitting on the lanai. My husband worked remotely a couple of days. The desk and office chair worked well for him.

Very convenient location and comfortable home

Home is very comfortable, location is great, was very clean, owner is a realtor and very quick to respond, primary bed is fantastic, home is appointed well with good quality furniture. Golf cart was awesome and a must, all the neighbors are fantastic and friendly, and we thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay. We would definitely recommend this rental and will stay here again. I do not have any affiliation with the owners. There is a small fenced in area in the rear yard for dogs to use which is great at night and 1st thing in the morning. There is a ring camera on the front door. *Only big thing we'd add are screens on the garage door

Caroline did an amazing job making the process easy and accurate. The house was just as described and the pictures were accurate. I will definitely stay here next time I am in the villages.

Perfect

The property was perfectly situated between two amazing town centers. The house was clean, comfortable and had everything you could possibly need. We brought our two small dogs and you’d never know it was a pet-friendly home- no sign or smell of pets at all. Adorable little back area for them to get a little grass time. Patio was a plus. Bed super comfy. Can’t say enough great things - we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and the golf cart provided was a huge plus !

Society Hill home

We stayed at this home in mid-May 2023 and it was excellent! The home is very clean and well furnished. The location is fabulous. It is located approximately 10 minutes from Lake Sumter square by golf car, and approximately 25 minutes from Paddock Square. The owner, Caroline, was extremely prompt and kind in responding to any questions prior to our arrival. We encountered a small issue on our first day, and she immediately provided assistance. I highly recommend this property and will definitely return!

Bill’s Birthday Bash

Brought husband’s family in for his birthday. House is as described although we thought living room couch was a pullout (had confirmed this with Caroline). It’s a big couch & nephew slept well. Caroline allowed us to enter day before to get food in, which was very helpful. Garbage from previous tenants left outside and animals had shredded it opened, Bill’s family cleaned it up. Would suggest cleaners remove it with them as pickup was not for 2 more days. Kureg coffee maker broke, alternative was to use traditional coffee maker in garage, requiring running out for coffee & filters. Caroline would not have been able to assist until Monday due to medical issues. We made it work, otherwise would have purchased a spare Kureg for our home. Home is well stocked, decorated peacefully, everything in good working condition.
