Two of the chairs were broken by the firepit other than that everything was great! We recommend a slide to get downstairs

Respuesta de VrboOwner, el 1 may. 2026
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad to hear you otherwise had a great stay and enjoyed the property. We do want to clarify that no concerns regarding the firepit chairs were reported at any point during your stay, which unfortunately you didn’t reach out about. Our post-checkout inspection also did not find any broken chairs in that area. We consistently check in with our guests to ensure everything is meeting expectations, and had anything been brought to our attention, our team would have addressed it right away. We also accommodated a complimentary late checkout, which we were happy to provide. We take pride in maintaining the home and being responsive to our guests, and we encourage all guests to reach out during their stay so we can ensure the best possible experience.
