This was one of the nicest homes we have stayed at. The listing was accurate and it looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and comfortable. We had a WiFi outage during our stay due to weather and the host took care of it right away. Would definitely stay here again on our next trip!

This was our 5th stay in Broken Bow. The cabin is very conveniently located with easy access to shops and restaurants in Hochatown. The back deck was fantastic and offers incredible privacy compared to so many other cabins. The whole family enjoyed being outside on the covered deck that doesn’t feel covered because of the really tall ceiling. We had a wonderful time, can’t wait to come back.

This house leaves nothing to be desired. It is furnished with everything you need to stay there, including lots of fluffy towels and an abundance of blankets. Not only that but the kitchen has salt, pepper, and extra spices. There are two different kinds of coffee pots, a Keurig and a drip pot. The hot tub was spotless and beach towels were provided for that. The bathrooms were very clean and even the toilet paper was first class. And finally the back deck. We spent most of our time sitting there. The chairs and sofa were very comfortable and the fireplace there was icing on the cake. Overall I cannot think of one uncomplimentary thing to say about Not Your Grandpa’s Cabin. I hope you will enjoy it as much as we did.

Cabin was beautiful and very clean. Loved how the fireplaces were on timers and you did not have to mess with real wood. Kitchen was fully equipped, beds were comfortable and our fur babies loved the deck. The bonus was only one exit to cover with a doggy gate so they were secure while we were enjoying sitting outside.

Exceptional property and experience overall. This beautiful modern up-to-date home is nestled perfectly within beautiful pine forest as is the surrounding area. House is just slightly set back, off the road, which only perfected the privacy experience. Not only was everything perfectly clean and tidy, but owners provided extra things that many properties do not- little amenities, nice clean linens and towels, more than enough you would need for your stay, etc. Easy quick contact with hosts. The set up in perfect blend of cabin-feel, with modern updated bedrooms, and bathrooms - this resulted in an extremely comfortable and enjoyable experience. I honestly have no negatives, and hope that most VRBO owners would aim to provide the service that this owner did for us. Thank you again.

We stay in the Broken Bow, Hochatown area at least once a year. Sometimes 2. So we have stayed in quite a few cabins in the area. This is the tops of the cabins. This cabin is gorgeous!!! And had everything we needed in kitchen for cooking. The grill outside is amazing also. We loved soaking in the hot tub. We even saw some deer. We sat outside in the evenings on the porch and enjoyed the fireplace and watching TV. Will come back to this cabin. Very relaxing time we needed!!! Host was very pleasant and communicated quickly back with any questions I had.
