Perfect house in the perfect location!

Just minutes from the boardwalk, well-stocked with everything from beach bikes to spices to plenty of towels, we couldn't have asked for a better stay in Virginia Beach. We definitely plan to return!

Amazing stay!!!

We had an amazing stay at this perfect cottage!I can’t say enough good things about the accommodations, location, and property manager! Sojourn was quick to answer all my questions and extremely accommodating to any request I had. Would highly recommend and look forward to coming back again!

Great Property!

We got the house for our family vacation and it was fantastic! The interior is very nice and tasteful, the location is perfect, very close to where the action is but quite enough to enjoy dinner at the house and relax. We will definitely be back next year!

Beautiful home, wonderful owner

We had a quick impromptu getaway over New Years and had a wonderful stay at this home. Jackie was responsive and kind and her home is immaculate. We would definitely stay here again, with no hesitation!

The house was as advertised. Owner was in constant contact to ensure everything was perfect. The location to the boardwalk was great and exactly what we wanted.

This property was amazing. Beautiful home, stocked with everything you could possibly need on vacation. Walking distance to the beach, boardwalk and lots of restaurants. Nice and clean and the neighborhood was very safe.

Amazing stay, great location, beautiful property

We had an amazing stay at 301 Winston Salem Ave, the house was immaculate and gorgeous, plenty of room to sleep comfortably. There isn’t a single complaint. Would definitely recommend working with the company again in the future and book the same residence again in the future.

Great house; Great location

This was the perfect house and location for our family of 8 ranging in all ages. Everything we needed for the beach was available for our use. Very generous hosts with a well-stocked house. We would definitely book this house again.

Perfect beach vacation home

This house definitely lived up to all the reviews & pictures...so beautiful & spacious with everything you could need for the beach. We were impressed with the well stocked kitchen as well. The location was perfect. Jackie was an excellent host & communicated with us so well. I would definely recommend this house to anyone heading to Virginia Beach for a family vacation.

Amazing Experience

Came down for a wrestling tournament. Host was very welcoming and extremely helpful. Answered all of my questions within 2 minutes. House was in a perfect location. Very clean and beautiful with everything needed to have a good time at the beach.

House was well maintained. Had a problem with dish washer but homeowner addressed it right away. They were very accommodating. We really enjoyed Our stay.

Perfect Location for Lifelong Friends

Yes, we absolutely enjoyed our stay! This lovely home, is EXACTLY as advertised, and then some! It was wonderful to treat lifelong friends, who had just celebrated 30 years of marriage, to this little getaway! Great, GREAT location! Close enough to the boardwalk, but able to get away from the “tourists”, even though we WERE the tourists on this trip! I HIGHLY recommend this property!

Virginia Beach Getaway

We are incredibly happy with our stay in Virginia Beach. The property was clean and stocked with everything we could have needed. We didn't have any issues but I'm sure if we had, Jackie would have taken care of them right away. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and restaurants. Plenty of opportunities for people-watching sitting out on the porch. We would absolutely stay here again.
