Come and enjoy all that this oceanfront home has to offer. Its a large home (almost 5000 sq.ft) on 4 levels. Great oceanfront views. NEW oceanfront deck has gas grill for your many happy meals to come. We have beach chairs and umbrella and even our own (almost private) lifeguard. There is NEW elevated direct beach access and the beach is perfect. Bring your pets - they love our fenced yard with front and back access. Large fully equipped kitchen for your convenience.

We had a pleasant stay. Location was great. There was more than enough room for our group. Every day we watched the dolphins. Would stay again.

The property location can’t be beat. Oceanfront, no one on the beach in front of the house but my family. Short walk to the water. Water was wonderful. Some days calm some days great boogie boarding. Designated surfing area within view. Dolphins seen every day. House has plenty of space, nice layout, comfortable family area with main kitchen. Master bedroom on top floor and all other guest rooms on lower levels made for quiet nights. The home needs finishing touches on repairs made and as any rental has been greatly enjoyed by renters. We had a wonderful time and will visit this beach again.

We paid for a Vrbo with 5 bedrooms- this location had listed five. But one of the bedrooms had a huge area on the ceiling that was covered with cardboard type material and duck tape ( I assume there had been a large ceiling leak?). Seems like this room should have been closed off (and not part of the 5 bedroom rental -and that we should not have been charged for 5 bedrooms unless the ceilings was correctly repaired. The shower head in the king size bedroom was leaking. Most windows did not appear operable. There should have been a sign “not to open windows”. View and beach were lovely

It’s a great location, and right on the beach. Close to everything, and the neighborhood is beautiful. I loved the fully fenced yard for my dogs. I also loved that everyone got their own bedrooms. Property is dated and not very well maintained, or what I would call comfortable, or accommodating, but we spent most of my time at the beach anyway, so it worked out fine. Overall a good stay.

Perfect Location, Great Stay!

Wonderful location with uncrowded beach! House is large enough to meet the needs of multiple families with plenty of space to hang out too! Host responds quickly to solve problems. Many parts of the house are beautiful and others need some cosmetic updates, but it was perfect for us!

ice maker inoperable, stove missing knob, sign said do not open windows or doors or I may have to pay for AC repairs, outlet plugs missing cover plate in master bedroom, ceiling in one bedroom about to fall down, closet door off hinges, living room chair had big slit in seat cushion, oven filthy, lower kitchen cabinet door off hinge, silver ware drawer wanted to fall out if opened all the way, master bath sink and tub had porcelain chipping off and sink had no stoppers, patio furniture rusty, picture showed hot tub but there was none, windows were taped to keep closed, back door didn't seal properly, Pictures do not show what property actually is, I could go on but property was not worth the price, I'll never book again. We were booked for 5 nights but could only stand 2 nights and left. Should have taken photos but didn't know I could upload them.

fun at the beach

Fantastic location with direct beach access. A very quirky and cool house in need of some Maintenace. The house had lots of room for my large family to be comfortable.

Beautiful location, house comfortable but needs TLC

We loved being able to access the beach so easily. There are windows and deck seating that need to be replaced, and we were surprised that we had to rent our own linens, but our siblings and families enjoyed the open layout and functional kitchen.

The house was okay, but it was in terrible condition. Most everything was damaged to some extent. The AC on the 4th floor did not work and the room heated to 78 degrees during the heat of the day even though the AC was set on 68. And the windows were taped shut! The table on the deck was a rusted mess. The code we were given for the lock box was incorrect. The hot water did not work until it was repaired on day 2 of our stay. This property was well below the standards we expect for properties listed on VRBO.

All has been repaired. We have a cover on outdoor table now. It will be replaced next season. Come again!

5 Star location on Virginia Beach

If you want beach front property on Virginia Beach very close to stores, golf courses, and restaurants, Lori's place is for you. She is very accommodating and answers back very fast.

We had plenty of space for our family, and Lori was quick to respond when the internet went out. (It came back.) The house is on the market so I assume some updates to the kitchen cabinets may be coming soon, but everything worked fine. Great view and beach access. Very relaxing, and my husband especially appreciated the elevator.

Croatan Beach

My family came down to Virginia Beach with me and we couldn’t ask for a better location. The beach is not crowded and we have our “own”lifeguard. We were just steps from the ocean. I could see the sunrise from my bedroom window. The elevator was a bonus being able to transport food and luggage. The house was roomy and we were all able to have our space. Commutation with our host was easy and quick.

We live full time in Croatan now, originall from DC and NY. We were avid skiers, so you will notice a bit of that around the house. We really want to make your stay with us memorable. The beach is perfect. Come and enjoy!

We love Croatan, just over Rudee bridge from the resort. Close to so many restaurants and other entertainment. Almost private beach with no street parking, but we still have lifeguard service in season. This is a big dog neighborhood. Easy walking, nice and flat. Almost surrounded by water. The sunrises are unbelievable and the dolphins love to put on a show. Come and enjoy!

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

It’s a super cool space. So open and airy. Original artwork throughout the place. Even have a ski lift swing in the great room(originally from Lake Tahoe where we also have a place). I’m getting new pictures this weekend and will post them here. Winters are very mild here and there is a gas fireplace to make it cozy. Come and enjoy
