You can tho wrong with this property! The house welds even better than expected. There is so much room and so many things for everyone to do. We had 16 people in our party and everyone was really comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and we already have plans to come back!

Our stay exceeded expectations and was perfect for our large group ski trip. The location was ideal, making it easy to get to the slopes (50 min) and enjoy the surrounding areas. The home was remarkably well stocked - especially the kitchen - which made cooking and group meals effortless. Everything was extremely clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We especially loved the hot tub and covered patio for relaxing after long days of skiing. The basement was a huge bonus, packed with amenities like game tables, a sauna, and a movie room that kept everyone entertained. We would absolutely recommend this home and hope to stay again in the future!

Perfect Family Plan

We loved staying in this beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home! It was an ideal hub for our multi-gen family gathering. We found everything we needed to enjoy our time together. The three spacious levels and ample bedrooms allowed everyone to enjoy being together and also find quiet space when they needed it. We loved the easy freeway access, too. Thank you!

Beautiful house

Hot tub was amazing, pool table was a hit, and it was really nice to have an office area. One issue was that the WiFi kept cutting in and out which made it hard to do remote work.

Perfect space!

Beautiful, spacious home with everything we needed! We had 4 families stay and it fit everyone perfectly with plenty of beds and space to hang out. There was always something for the kids/teenagers to do with the pool table, ping pong, theater room, hot tub, sauna, and big yard to play spike ball! (Just make sure you wear shoes in the backyard cuz there were some stickers.)

Totally blown away!

This house was absolutely amazing and gorgeous! There were 10 of us staying there and we had plenty of space. It was incredibly clean, warm and inviting. Kim, owner, has thought of absolutely everything - everything we needed was there at our fingertips. Kim was great to work with and easily reached for questions. This was probably the best VRBO I’ve ever stayed in! Thanks for a great weekend getaway!

Nice open spaced home. Had a work meeting with 7 adults and we all fit great. Twin beds in two bedrooms did not work great for adults but beds were comfortable. Beautiful home with nice touches throughout.

Beautiful home

We went to Utah for our granddaughter's graduation from college. The house was perfect for a family reunion and a small graduation party. The house was very neat and clean looked exactly like it did in the pictures. It has a beautiful backyard and the kids were playing wiffle ball and having a great time. There was one small problem with the barbecue but I'm sure it's fixed by now. Overall we really had a wonderful time And I would stay at that house again

Great house, but in a busy street

This is a beautiful, comfortable and large house that is well appointed and designed. There are lots of pluses that include a well stocked kitchen, lots of towels and supplies, a soaking tub, hot tub, sauna, theater room, pool table and ping pong table. However, the house is on a busy street and the street noise kept many of us from enjoying a good night’s sleep. I had not seen this in prior reviews, and if I had I would not have picked this property.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review and for highlighting so many of the features you enjoyed about the home — from the kitchen and amenities to the theater room and game spaces. We're glad you found the house beautiful, comfortable, and well-appointed! We’re sorry to hear that street noise affected your stay. While most of our guests haven’t found this to be an issue, we understand that sensitivity to sound can vary. For this reason, we do provide white noise machines in the bedrooms to help promote a restful night’s sleep, and we encourage guests to use them if needed. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope the many amenities helped make your time memorable despite this concern.

Spacious, Seamless & All-Around PERFECT Retreat Experience!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at the property with a group of friends for a little retreat! The process to check in/out was seamless, communication with the host was prompt for any questions we had along the way, the capacity of rooms was very generous to house our whole group comfortably, and the amenities were perfect to keep us occupied and entertained! We especially enjoyed the theater room for us to be able to watch movies and project our own consoles/games for us to play together as a group! A big thank you to the host for accommodating us and making it as easy as possible! We couldn’t ask for anything more and would 100% recommend it to anyone interested in checking out properties around the south Salt Lake Valley area!

Excellent modern house for family vacation

The property was exactly as described and the perfect vacation for our large family. The house was spotless! Game room downstairs was great for movies, ping pong and pool. Kitchen was well equipped (enough glasses, dishes and silverware for all of us!) for family dinner prep and two fridges and oven/stove combos can really help with cooking/heating. Easiest access resorts for skiing are Sundance and Big/Little Cottonwood Canyon and great powder days with time in the hot tub afterwards. We did not use the sauna but looked nice. Kim was gracious and responded quickly to questions. Highly recommend this rental for family vacations/holiday/special occasions. Thank you for a great stay!
