Escape to this 100 year old cottage nestled in the heart of Sandy. Set back away from the street to give you peace and privacy.
- 10 minutes from the Canyons
- 20 minutes from the airport and downtown
- 3 cozy bedrooms including 1 king, 2 full, and 1 twin bed. Additional twin and queen air mattress available.
- 2 well-equipped bathrooms with a bathtub and shower.
- Fully stocked kitchen.
Close to hiking, skiing, local restaurants, and anything you may need.
The large yard is not quite ready for guests to enjoy but it offers plenty of space for privacy.

Beds were a bit stiff and the fridge was dirty but other than that our experience here was nice. We would stay again

We do have a range of firmness levels throughout the home. The king bed is a Stearns & Foster mattress selected for quality and support. We stayed here to work in the Salt lake Valley for the week. The home was clean, check in was easy. Staying here felt like a home away from home.

We came to attend the NASP Western Nationals archery tournament. Access to the Mountain America Expo Center was very easy as was access to the various free ways to get to the planetarium and aquarium. The host was extremely quick to reply to messages and even stopped to drop off kitchen linens that we were missing. It's cute quirky home that was very comfortable and we will stay again next year if we qualify!

Everything was excellent! Older home but so nice. We felt right at home. Host was very responsive and helpful. We would stay there again and recommend it to anyone looking for a nice rental at an affordable price. Thanks Brian!

Brian is an excellent host. He was very responsive.I would suggest re-hanging the main bathroom door so it can close all the way, and making the rails level.
