Thank you for sharing such thoughtful feedback and for choosing to stay with us for this important trip with your mother. We are very glad to hear the unit’s space, shower features, and beach access worked well for her and your family. Your comments are very helpful, and we appreciate that you would stay with us again.

Thank you for sharing such detailed feedback about your stay. We’re glad you enjoyed the balcony, beds, kitchen, AC, and easy beach access. We’re sorry for the issues with the master bedroom TV, missing basic kitchen items, trash in common areas, and especially the difficulty with the washing machine and support. Your comments are very helpful, and we will review these points with the appropriate teams to improve the experience.

Hello Lori, Thank you for your review and feedback. We have looked into the dryer and resolved the issue as well as made a note to be extra diligent when it comes to the floors and bringing the beach home. In regards to the balcony door however, this is the case with most units on the beach as it provides an extra safety measure for small children. With that being said, we will do our best to make sure this is better marked on the site for future guest use. We are glad to hear you had an otherwise great experience. We hope that you come back next year for another memorable vacation and the chance to experience a true Southern 4 star stay. Kindest Regards, Your Southern Team
