Please note: any reservations made prior to October 1st for the Winter Season (January and February) require a 60-day (two-month) minimum. Reservations not meeting this criteria may face cancellation by management. After October 1st, reservations can be made for the winter months, with a minimum stay of three or seven nights based on unit specifications.

Additional Information:
Parking Passes are required; the first one is included in the reservation. An additional parking pass costs $60. Linens are provided, but please bring your own beach towels. The reservation includes a 'starter set' consisting of hand soap, 1 roll of toilet tissue per bathroom, 1 trash bag per trash can, and 1 roll of paper towels.

Policies:
​​​​​​​ Renters must be at least 25 years of age or older and provide a Photo ID at check-in. No Smoking is allowed. Dogs are welcome with a $225 non-refundable pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed.
