Located in the affluent and safe suburb of Bakoven, this luxury Camps Bay Villa offers outstanding views across the Atlantic Ocean and plenty of space, ensuring comfortable living at every turn. Split into 3 levels, this home features two entertainment/lounge areas, two kitchens, two heated pools and five en-suite bedrooms. The home is ideally positioned to enjoy the proximity to Beta and Bakoven beaches.
The upper level features a fully equipped kitchen, dining and lounge area with wrap-around sliding doors opening onto large balconies with sea views, a swimming pool and gas braai- the perfect place to toast a sunset or two... The living room with a fireplace plays keeper to a TV of cinematic proportions for every movie marathon lover. The front entrance guest toilet is also on this upper level.
Take the stairs to the second level, which boats three bedrooms, a lounge area with an office space and secondary house entrance. The master bedrooms and second bedroom both enjoy ocean views. The third bedroom has a view of the garden.
Set up camp in the lower level; complete with a compact bar area, living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining and sitting area and a second pool. The two bedrooms on this floor have direct access to the pool area. The house can also be entered from this level if you are coming in from the garage.
