Get a taste of Camps Bay life at this luxurious villa located only 400 m away from the beach. Set in a private and peaceful area, the house offers a panoramic scenery of ocean and mountain views, modern exclusive features and an extensive outside garden with heated pool.
The extravagant first floor with its open plan kitchen, dining area, inside lounge and TV room is surrounded by fully retractable glass doors which merge onto the outside patio. One of the four bedrooms, ocean facing with a private patio, is located on this level. The second floor comprises three en-suite bedrooms. Two bedrooms are ocean facing and connect to a generous outdoor terrace. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated in a clean and cozy style that feels intimate yet spacious and exclusive.
The fabulous pool area with a spacious garden gets sun all day. It is equipped with a heated pool, sun lounges, umbrellas and outside shower. In addition, the villa has back up batteries which powers the house in case of load shedding.
The villa is set in a private and peaceful area of Camps Bay, holiday destinations which you may already be familiar with or are eager to explore. Camps Bay Beach, which is 400m away, is one of the trendiest beaches in Cape Town. With the beautiful backdrop of the Twelve Apostles and Lion’s head, this is one of the world’s most stunning paradise spots.
The house is elevated, so you would have to take a three flights of stairs to access the house.
